The food and services are absolutely not worth any of the prices. I truly and highly recommend driving across town to go anywhere else but here for seafood. The fried food is drenched in old oil, soggy hush puppies that you can just squeeze drops of oil out of, and anything that you order grilled or blackened is either overcooked or undercooked. If you’re looking to have a good family dinner or business meal, don’t do it. You will lose out on a deal or good family meal. Plus they are not a healthy choice due to the saturation of oil in food and sanitation/cleanliness. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

I have eaten here numerous times in the last several years. It's just OK, nothing to write home about. I would like to see them "up" their game a bit, maybe some new menu items, more non-fried choices, maybe a remodel on the decor.

The service and prices are great. The breading on the fried food was a little much on the flour side. Otherwise, not bad for a quick meal.

2+ decade customer, now former customer here. 4 of us came in to eat yesterday evening. Our table was cleared but dirty. Ok maybe they have just gotten over a rush. Ordered appetizers, one came out the other never did. Asked waitress to cancel it when she brought the entrees. The "hot" boiled shrimp were cold as were the fried shrimp and the grilled mahi entrees. Edible, in fact the mahi had a great taste, but stone cold. The fish sandwich that was ordered came on a stale bun, as in crunchy bun. It was cold as well. The reason for that was because it was still raw in the middle. Our waitress was absent, to the point that we had to get up and get condiments from other tables as ours were empty. No one got refills on drinks, as again, the waitress never came back to the table once the fish sandwich was sent back. Manager seemed not interested in the answer when she asked "how was everything". Our bill was over $90, even with the fish sandwich entree being removed. Still trying to figure that one out.

We went for the all you can eat crab legs. My wife is addicted to crab legs. The legs were small and not very meaty. Eventually she got her fill after about 5 reorders. I like crab but I'm not going to spend all the time working for my dinner when I can get something ready to eat.

Sams has been around for quite some time. Most restaurants over time do not hold up to a high quality of standards such as service, taste or price. Not here. The food is great, the service is top notch and the place is clean. Keep up the great work! Try the cheese grits and the fried green tomatoes.

Terrible for late eating the restaurant won't clean after they close. They throw buckets of strong cheap chemicals everywhere to the point that it was even flowing out of the kitchen and ruined everyone's meals. First and absolute last time gross.

Beware of a 3.5% add on to your bill if you use a Credit Card. It is not mentioned anywhere on the menu. I refuse to eat at these places that have started doing this.

Our waitress dropped off our food and never came back until check time. I tried to get her attention, and she ignored me. Finally, I got her attention. She looked at me and went in back. By the time she brought our check, all of our drinks were empty. She gave me an annoyed look when I asked for a box.
