Spartan installed my central AC unit over a decade ago, I was pleased with them and recommended them AT THAT TIME. Friday late night ac stopped blowing cool air. I looked up their info, which said they were open, and left all my info and description of my problem. It's now 48 hrs later and I am sitting in my nice cool home because I called a different company. Not only did Spartan NOT fix my ac they still haven't bothered to return my call. I understand they might be busy. I am disappointed that after spending thousands and thousands and thousands of dollars with this company, they don't even bother with the courtesy of a return call. I've lived in Ocala for 35 years and always try to utilize neighborhood businesses whenever I can. I called another Ocala neighborhood business. I spoke to my son about his home's ac yesterday. He asked who I called and I told him Spartan but I don't recommend them. It's a shame to see a local company lose a good reputation.

I have called and called. it is past my scheduled a/c inspection, they never came and I can't get ahold of them after multiple messages. They used to be good but now they have no customer service.

Alex did an amazing job with trouble shooting our problem and even did it in the rain. He was very helpful in answering all my questions and quick with his diagnosis.
