By far the WORST strawberry milkshake I've ever had in my life. Took 1 sip and threw it out. Very disappointing considering I looked at previous reviews and everyone is saying how great the milkshakes are. Either my milkshake was abnormal or people dont know what "good" means because that was completely inedible!

How hard to make a simple food order I said 3 times chocolate. Multiple times just ketchup. Not a single thing right. And I'm the smucker for returning it. Dont get mad you can't make an order right.

I was appalled by the service tonight. I pulled up and the place was empty. No one inside and no one in drive thru. I stopped in the parking lot to call and see if anyone at home wanted something. 2 cars pulled up in the time. I pulled up to the menu with one car still ordering. They finished and we both pulled up. I told them I needed a second to choose. The person at the window sounded annoyed. When I finally order the man is rushing and speaking before I can finish my order. He quickly gives me my total and I pull forward. The car in front of me is still waiting on food. They pull off and I pull up. No one comes to the window. I wait. 1 minute, 2 minute, I get my card out and have it in my hand, no one looks out the window at me. 3 minutes, 4 minutes, nothing. 5 minutes. I pull off. They obviously don't care. I was the only one in the line. Figure it out. I don't know. Customer service is a thing.

I hate the fact I have to go into a restaurant and do work. Kiosk instead of servers and still want a tip btw. I'm surprised they didn't make me do my own dishes or stock the coolers.
Drove through for dinner on my way home, gentleman on the speaker spoke clearly and repeated my order back to make sure it was correctFood was hot and deliciousService was fast - great
