Always go through the drive thru because anyone who shows up in lobby will wait until drive thru time is caught up it's not a bout the customer it's all about there drive thru time. And the is also the reason why u get food that looks sloppy. It the way management wants it to be they pay attention to nothing but there drive thru time. It's sad because it needs to be about the type of food that is being put out and it should be about all the customers not just drive thru.

I went to the Taco Bell on pine Ave /441 in Ocala.. went through drive through.. Ordered two Mexican pizza supremes she asked what drinks we wanted..My friend wanted Pepsi I didn't want a drink as I had my own at home... Upon paying they charged me an additional $4.00 for the meal saying if I don't order a drink the meal is more... And If I don't like get back in line at the drive through... Note this was the manager... I am a disabled veteran.. And she treated me with complete disrespect.... I will never go to Taco Bell again and either will my friends or family... Beware they will rob you too!!!!

Place was so clean and actually inviting. The manager Kelsey took my order and if positive vibes was a person thats her! Food was super quick and on point. Definitely going there again!
