9pm today. Too many times my order is wrong. This time I repeated it over several times and still more than one thing was wrong. On top of that where is the meat? Literally have a chulupa where the meat is just at the edges and nothing in the center but sour cream which was one if the things I said I could not eat and asked 3 times not to put on. Seems like they are intentionally skimming on the protein. No cinnamon twist and I paid for them. Furious at this point. This location cost me $30 right into the garbage. The LGBTQ guy at the window was super rude trying to talk too fast and move too fast where there is zero service and careless attitude. Nearly through the food at us if he was trying to give it to us any more aggressively. There wasn't but 3 cars in line so don't get the need to talk so fast he sounds ridiculous.

One thing I do want to mention that I think needs to change at the top, not this specific location, is that soft tacos tend to get soggy if you get takeout. Even when I order my tomatoes on the side, I've noticed this happened. I don't know what it is, but it says if they dip the corners in water. I've had this problem with every location, so it's not the fault of the specific Taco Bell. I love the workers here and everything about this location. In fact, I think they deserve much better pay. fr fr
I come here almost everyday for lunch and I often run into Robyn. She is very kind and always gets me what I need. The service is quick and fast. I can always count on this location to get me food even when I'm in a hurry.

The day crew knocks it out of the park for us all the time. We come about once a week when shopping. David is one of new favorite people. He keeps a tidy ship in the dining area. He also will help with any issues you have. The night crew is generally good but I did see some reviews with issues. I can attest to the fact it is not the normal for this location. They try hard and have been our favorite location across the USA. If you have an issue, please let them knowThey'll make it right. After all, they're not robots.
