We went on a Saturday night, so there was a 30-minute wait. Tim was our waiter, and he was GREAT. Food came out fast and was cooked correctly. Drinks were always full, and Tim made it so our friends 18th birthday was memorable. We had a great time.

The service here is amazing, there was an issue with my order and the manager here addressed the issue and went above and beyond to correct mistake, I can honestly say I was speechless at the level of kindness I was shown, 5 stars all the way, hands down best Texas Roadhouse I have ever been to out of many. Thank You!

The food was delicious. The baked potato had a little too much salt on the skin. Other then that everything was great .

Family came for dinner. Ordered cactus blossom and entrees. Cactus blossom came and it was completely raw in the middle. Raw batter and raw onion. Looked like they didn’t slice it all the way. Took 20 minutes for server to come and check on us so we could ask for a new one. Not completely her fault it was a busy night and she looked over worked. They took it with no issue and made a new one that was cooked. Manager came offered an apology and a free appetizer card. We thanked him for the apology and declined the free app. He threw the card on the table anyway and said sorry while walking away. They then brought out our food. My burger had clearly been sitting under the heat lamp while they redid our cactus blossom. The top bun was hard and crunchy like a crouton. The lettuce and tomato was cooked it had been there so long. Some of the other food was either cold or over done. Our meals should have been remade if they were done by the time we got our app. We decided it wasn’t worth spending anymore time there so we paid and left. Would NEVER return.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, but they were also too busy. We were handed off several times. Looks like an understaffing problem. The restaurant was not as clean as it should have been. Lots of little things on the floor. The food was disturbingly bad.The lemonade was not lemonade. It was completely artificial, and it tasted artificial. The beer selection was limited to some pretty bad brews, so no help there. Adding a good IPA or German lager or Guinness would be smart. The chicken-fried steak was extremely salty. The person who ordered it likes a lot of salt on food, but this was too much. The green beans had a chemical taste sort of like formaldehyde. The rice got a thumbs-up, however. The cheeseburger was not so bad it could not be eaten, but it was nothing to be proud of. On the up side, it was cooked medium, as it should have been, and most of the ingredients looked okay. It wasn't very juicy. They should use ground chuck. The tomato was nearly green, and there were only two slices which were too small and too thick. The meat was way, way, way overseasoned. Tons of salt. The fries were frozen and limp. Too much salt. They tasted off, as though the oil in the deep fryer had something wrong with it. I only ate a few.The rolls were very sweet, which is odd. They add cinnamon to the whipped butter. A mistake. It was a pretty bad meal. They need to cut back on the salt, offer real lemonade, improve the beer selection, fix the beans, put new oil in the fryer, stop using frozen fries, use ripe tomatoes, and clean the debris off the floor.

Got seated fairly quickly. We were a party of 10. First we got a few appetizers. The fried pickles had a hair fried into the batter. Had to send it back. I got the chicken critters and rib combo. The menu says hand battered dickens tenders. They obviously were commercial made. Reminded me premade Tyson chicken tenders. Hard, overcooked, dry and not very hot. The ribs were room temperature and dry and overcooked. My son ordered the filet medium rare. Dry, not juicy at all and came out medium well. A few other meals had to be sent back because of not being prepared as ordered. Terrible experience. But our waitress was spot on and very attentive.
