The girl at the bar was dressed inappropriately for a family atmosphere. Mostly men there. My husband and I left. It was not a comfortable family atmosphere, just a bar atmosphere. We didn't appreciate her apparel.

Well asked for a Togo and we were told that they were not doing Togo that if I wanted something to come in. This is not acceptable as I am paying good hard earned money to this business, it’s just as easy to get them from somewhere else but thats not the point. I am very disappointed that you allow this type of answer to your guests. Just because I am not In Front of you doesn’t mean that I am less important.

We used to like this place, but we probably won’t be back. When we first moved to the area Dugout is the first local spot we ate at, as it is literally a 2 min walk from our house. We liked it at first, but it’s gotten pretty expensive for what it is and they started charging extra for everything - including lettuce, pickle, onion, and tomato for sandwiches which I think is absolutely ridiculous.At our most recent visit, our waitress made a few mistakes with our order, no problem she was nice about it and we were patient. But.. my husband’s lemon pepper wings were so salty I couldn’t even eat half of one and he could not finish 10 off them even after physically dusting off the seasoning. My Juan Epstein sandwich was okay, but as I said before, I asked for lettuce, tomato, onion, and pickle “per request” as the menu stated and was up charged for them. By the way there were maybe 2 small slices of tomato, a couple shreds of lettuce, two small slivers onion, and no pickle to be found. When I realized she charged me for them, and I did not receive any pickle, I asked about it and was shrugged off.All that to say, two waters, 20 wings (on their special $1 wing night), and a sandwich with chips (not fries because that’s an upcharge) shouldn’t cost $46.. Especially with lack luster quality at best.

The food is still good, but they have joined the crowd of companies that charge you extra money if you want to pay by credit card. You also don't learn they do this till the end when your bill comes so you have no choice but to pay. The server will not even give you a heads up as they take your card from you. If they dont want customers that use credit cards, then tell them up front when they come in. Just..
