I was just there for lunch. The service was fantastic, I ordered the beef special, it came with a soup and a salad, everything was fresh and delicious. Priced very fairly too, a rare occurrence in 2024. I really enjoyed the experience. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Crazy dragon (shrimp tempura and krab inside with spicy salmon on top and avocado on the very top with eel sauce) is an incredible mix of flavors. This should be their house roll it. It was so delicious. Also, the clear broth of chicken and beef broth was delicious. Can’t wait to come back.

Save yourself the hassle, we sat down waited 30 minutes and no food came out, the water tasted like it came from a toilet bowl, the soup was beef broth maybe from a bag, our food never came out when approached the waitress and told her we’re were leaving she said “let me go ahead and cancel before it hits the kitchen” meaning the 30 minutes we sat there they didn’t even place our order. Our waitress was a hot mess as well, place is small, tables are small, and the atmosphere is awkward.

Used to love this place but it seems to have gone down in quality. Last few visits have been iffy but this one was the last straw. Just went in to get 2 california rolls and jalapeño poppers but had to return the poppers bc they were barely cooked and basically just raw jalapeño slices. Waitresses refused to remove them from the bill. So it cost me $34 for 2 rolls and a drink. If you're craving sushi, look elsewhere

I write this review with a heavy heart, Tokyo Sushi used to be “our spot,” the place my husband and I would go on our first dates, the prices were fantastic - we both could get 1 standard and 1 specialty roll each for no more than $30. We recommended our friends eat there and even used to bring our friend who is in the military as a nice treat. To say the quality of the food has taken a decline is an understatement. The prices of the food do not match the quality anymore. The prices have doubled, specialty roll being $16+, veggie hibachi dinner being the cheapest hibachi dinner at $16/17 and steak being almost $30 a plate. Those prices can be standard but the quality of the food needs to match those prices. I wanted a side of crab and I was given 2 pieces of the imitation crab meat cut in half to look like 4 over chopped cucumber for $7! I could have bought 2 bags of imitation crab meat of a higher quality from Publix next store for that price. I know “why not just go elsewhere if you are so displeased?” It’s disheartening because we knew this place as “our spot” and to see what it has turned to which has led to the past few experiences to be highly disappointing, is difficult to see. I am not sure what changed or if new management took over but I really hope you take this review seriously. The staff has always been nice when I am there but the quality of the food has seriously… seriously gone downhill. I would rather pay $30 a person at another restaurant where the quality matches the prices. The memories will never fade but unless the food quality improves we will not be back.*I want to specify, the price of the food isn’t the issue, it’s that the prices increased (almost doubled) and the food quality lessened which made the experience unenjoyable. If I am paying $16 almost $17 for a roll of sushi, the quality needs to follow.*

Excellent food and excellent staff! Food came fast and our waitress was always there with a new drink and never had to ask. I even came back a second time to get take out. I will definitely be back once I am in town again.
