I have never had a bad experience at this location in Ocala. Even the one time I got a smoothie with coffee in it that I couldn’t drink (I’m sensitive to certain sugars), they replaced it for free and with a smile. I’m not sure what is going on when the reviewers who comment on wait times have come through but I have never had a long wait even with several cars in front of me. I was there with a friend recently (first-timer) and the smoothies were so good! Amazing in 100 degree weather! The acai smoothie also is REALLY good.Dropped it a star because we had to eat inside since it was so hot out, but there was a high noise level in there between the customers, staff, drive through, blenders whirring, etc. Both of us felt really overloaded with too much stimulation. Absolutely wonderful!! I ordered an ancai bow and pomegranate plunge smoothie!! Both were amazing, delicious and beautifully made! Don’t forget to get one of their edible straws! I got the strawberry one and it was fantastic!!
