I received my malt and when it didnt have malt flavor and I asked for a small amount of malt to add to it, she refused to fix it without charging me an additional dollar. When I said asked why would they charge me for a little extra malt she just kept saying that she put it in there, and my response was that i just can't taste it. And she just insisted she put it in there. When I said I was not satisfied she shut the window in my face!In addition, there was a girl washing the pavement, who didn't move or greet us when we got there.

Malt does not taste like malt. When we asked to add more Tey refused to correct it, said they would charge us more than a dollar to correct their mistake and then slammed the window shut when we were not satisfied. Very disappointed as we are regular customers.
Great staff great environment. Just one person's attitude. We asked for whiped cream. Person was too busy on phone to hear us as she was taken are order rudely. And then after we received are order asked for the whipe cream gave a attitude and I had to say the obvious that I would Pay for it even tho it was on them . Won't go back. Just the lack of respect for the order and not feeling welcomed.

Took a chance to try out a new place and was pleased to find out they did pup cups here! We weren't sure what to go with but one of the workers, Kaitlynn, helped us try out some new flavors we wouldn't have. Great place, would recommend to others!
