Front cashier couldn’t complete our order, leaving us waiting at the register. We needed manager approval because we spent over $50. Don’t know what the miscommunication was because manager didn’t come for a while. Most orders on the counter are getting cold waiting on fries.

Food is always good and fresh but the drive thru line always takes a while. It seems like they don't take another order until the previous order is fulfilled. We found it better to just place a mobile order if that's something your into.

The wife and I stopped in with our grandson me and the wife split a meal and we got our grandson. A happy meal probably was $26. That’s kind of crazy anyways the food was fresh but expensive.

Charged more at register inside than price listed on menu at 12:30 today so evidently "surge" pricing in effect. When I nicely ask about it was told it was corporate control of register.I will not return to Wendy's anywhere.

Asked for bacon egg and cheese crossiant, got sausage and egg. Horrible. Reordered to get bacon, it too was Horrible. Employees are not happy, lots of muttering between staff. Go elsewhere.

Literally waited 20 minutes in line. Got to the window and dead silence for another 10 minutes . No wayI am so tired of paying for food and not GETTING IT!!! Give people what they pay for! Stop being lazy and theives

I’ve been to this location on 3 occasions thinking the service would improve but it got worse each time. The staff is unprofessional and there is no leadership at all. The place is ran like a hang out for kid's working in the kitchen. There’s always a back up in the drive thru and going inside isn’t any better concerning the fact they don’t even knowledge you. Who ever owns this establishment really needs to take a look at this place and see what is happening. Because we as consumers don’t deserve this kind of service. I understand it’s hard to find good quality help these days but you’re better off closing with the staff you have working know. You’re losing more money on paying the staff to do nothing all day but play in the kitchen.
