Never had such a bad customer service experience in my life! I usually don't do bad reviews but potential customers need to be warned. I ordered a large pizza with dessert and sauces for delivery about 830 on a Tuesday. I looked at the estimated time 15 minutes later and it said 114min. So I called and asked if it was accurate the lady said yes the deliveries are backed up. So I said I would go pick it up instead. She called back and said her driver could drop off my food on her way to another delivery and would be about 20 minute wait so I said that's fine. 45 minutes passes so I called the store and they told me the person couldn't find my address and called my phone and I didn't answer.(I have a hungry pregnant girlfriend waiting on her food. I was sitting by the door and phone the whole time) Then was told my food could be delivered after the rest of the orders were done so I decided to pick it up myself. Upon returning to the store the lady said she would give me a discount but then when I get home i found out she charged my card double!! On top of that my order was extra cheese (look at the pictures and you decide) then I had to go back to the store because she gave me ranch instead of garlic butter sauce. Needless to say this was a $70 mistake that I'm out and won't be ordering from pizza hut again.

The news releases said Pizza Hut will require their employees wear masks. When you order, it pops up about the safety of our customers is important. However, when I went to pick up my order, the employees were maskless. If you're going to be a maskless business, make it clear to customers so they can choose to not go there if they don't want to risk being around anti-maskers.

Called for 2 large pizza. Guy at 8:45 confirmed the order n price to pay on delivery. Didn’t say nothing abt out of range which is only 4.9 miles as per google maps. Waited till 9:40 pm. Called to ask how long for the delivery? Manager said ur order been cancelled due to out of range area also said we called u to confirm the address but in fact no phone call we have received or voice msg left about cancelling order.when we told him you left us n kids to starve bcz it’s late

I waited 81 minutes for the delivery of my pizza and cinna stix. I called at 70 minutes and had to listen to their annoying message for 5 minutes, only to be hung up on and when I called back nobody answered the phone for 10 minutes, only to be hung up on again. My pizza was barely warm and the cinna stix were cold. Don't waste your time and money on this Pizza Hut location. This was, without a doubt, the most pathetic example of customer service and attention to detail that I've ever experienced with Pizza hut, since I began ordering Pizza from them 40 years ago.
