I always avoid ordering from zaxbys. It always seems either someone wants to eat your fries or they have no idea what asking for a number meal means. Because these stoners will hand you a sandwich only. No drink or fries. You have to really echo the MEAL in your speech make it really clear.

Got the Big Zax Snak meal. Nothing big about it. The tenders are so small in reality you only get 1 and a half, and I’m being generous. Small portion of fries as well. While the taste was on point, the price was not. Take the ‘big’ out the name and just call it a snack. Worth every bit of $5. I like Zaxby’s though.

Just stopped at this location, no straws and one of our meals only had fries and a piece of bread. No chicken in the meal at all and no customer service. Waste of our time and

Why have curbside pickup if you're not going to bring the food out to the cars?!... I sat and waited about 15 minutes plus for my food to be brought out to my vehicle only to have to go inside and get it myself.. the food was just sitting on the counter.. I asked how long had it been there and the reply was about 10 minutes.. 10 minutes is long enough for food to become cold.. I did not appreciate this at all. Y'all food is too expensive to have to eat it cold... If y'all are going to have a curbside service, you should have a way of being notified that the customer is outside waiting for their food. Your app does not have this feature, which causes curbside to suck with y'all
