I mainly wanted to recognize Alexa. I had accidentally left my purse behind and called immediately upon realizing it. She stayed on the phone with me and walked to the table I had been at and retrieved it. She secured it in the office. She was awesome. Please give her employee of the month and extra recognition for such great customer service.
This was my first time eating at a Zaxby's. Good chicken and waffle fries. But you had to ask for salt, napkin etc, everything is behind the counter.Nothing was accessible and you had to wait each time to ask for it. It was a bit annoying. Chicken was very good.

Pretty spot on with great customer service. I love the chicken. I do wish the fries were cooked more, they are always soggy but the chicken.... it's why we return, and the customer service ?
