Horrible customer service they were more busy sitting in the stock room then taking care of the customers. As I read the rest of the reviews it a ongoing problem. Smh you should really train your staff to at least care a little bit. Don't see myself returning.

I set my daughter-in-law to go get me a little banana split. I get it you have your own version your own at least put some bananas and ice cream all I got was a bunch of Cool Whip. And you might want to teach the little ladies in there a little teamwork besides one person trying to learn how to do everything reading the book didn't help them either how to make a banana split.

If you are an ice cream ?? lover , well! there's the place to be! I had a friend visiting from another country and he enjoyed his rum and raisen ice cream to the fullest. My family and I had a variety and we only buy the largest. Please if you plan to buy ice cream at Cold Stone creamery , try and leave some for me because ever chance I get I am going to be there that's how awesome the ice cream is. Know this I have been to several locations.
So far, this is one of the best ice cream establishments I have been to. As with any business there have been a couple of hiccups over my 2 years coming here but I can definitely say anytime I have a concern the owner has ALWAYS addressed and corrected the issue. Keep up the good work!

I'm lactose intolerant, but the ice cream is so good! Luckily, I don't have many bad reactions versus other ice cream brands. Need a flavour to try? I recommend Strawberry Blonde... you're welcome ?Parking: The best time to go is in the evenings when the other businesses are closed, or I could imagine it's a bit difficult to find parking.

My friend and I went in Sunday after church, Lynn greeted us as soon as we walked in. She was very pleasant and friendly. Even after we got our ice creams, she told us if we needed anything let her know.

Update 10/4: Visited the store again last night, 10/3. The employee who served us previously was there and she provided great service! I believe in second chances and will never write a business off on a bad experience. Thanks for the service and my ice cream was just how I like it; yummy!9/27: Horrible customer service. Walked in and was not greeted. When the two workers finished with the customer they were helping, one walked to the back and the other walked up to the counter and just stared at us. Still no greeting; complete silence. The person I was with placed his order, asked for 3 yellow cakes for his mix-ins. I noticed only 2 were placed in his ice cream so he reminded that he asked for 3. Only then he was told they only had 2 left. I ended up not ordering because I planned on getting yellow cake as well and honestly didn't want to be bothered with getting something different due to the horrible service.
