Food was Okay, we use to come here a lot but moved out of state now here visiting so we figured let's try it. Kind of disappointing.Service was good just does not feel the same. The prices are way over valued for the food, cup of coffee $ 4.00 and it's not Dunkin good at all. Not sure we will be back to this one.

Could clearly hear the manager yell at staff in the back kitchen using derogatory terms and harsh verbiage when addressing fellow workers. Food was good, but environment and atmosphere in this establishment not should feel like this.

Such a great place to eat! Even on a busy Easter Sunday all the staff were so friendly. It was great to see servers interact pleasantly with one another and help each other out. Speaks volumes about the leadership in this place. Our server Tonisha was so sweet and engaging with us and the other tables she was serving. Our food was excellent and came out in a timely manner. We were well attended to and quite pleased with our overall experience.

Tonisha made our entire visit! From the minute we sat down, she was nothing but welcoming and attentive. She is such a hard worker and you can tell she loves her customers! She took my dietary restrictions very seriously and made sure I had everything I needed. The food is great, of course, but we will return just to see Tonisha!

Going downhill. We've always loved Keke's, especially the Ocoee location, but this experience was very disappointing. First of all, the menu has changed and getting a banana nut waffle is now an exercise in nickel-and-diming. So I won't be ordering that anymore. We walked in about 11am and there were lots of available booths but we were told we'd have to wait to be seated - about 3-5 minutes. (Please just seat and let us know it will be a minute if you're short on servers.) We ordered as soon as the server - Amanda - came over, but it took quite a bit longer than usual to get our food and they were out of tomato juice. In general the food was good, but the bacon was extremely salty. My husband asked for Splenda for his coffee but it never came. (Fortunately I keep some in my purse for such emergencies.) He asked for a 2nd cup of coffee and had to wait quite awhile for that one. A request for a 3rd cup and more creamers went unanswered. All in all a very disappointing experience.

My family and I ate at KeKes in Ocoee today. We were immediately seated. The restaurant was not busy. But then we sat at our table for 15-20 min before we finally asked one of the staff members if our server would be by soon. A couple minutes later our server came to get our drink order. We put in our food order too since we had plenty of time to look over the menu. Then it was over an hour before we again asked a staff member for assistance. Another 10 or so minutes later our food finally arrived. It was delicious as it always is but that isn’t enough to bring me back if there’s a chance we’ll have the same experience.

Super disappointed in Keke's. Advertised on website -mimosa-bellini, etc.- NO DICESide salad iceberg with grated cheese piles in corners of plate. Panini came out cold- never even saw my bene before we left. BOO KEKE'S!!!!!

She was super personable and offered suggestions & recommendations on the menu which was helpful as I’d never been there before. She was attentive and checked in just the right amount. She’s the kind of server that makes you want to come back another time, she’s a great addition to the staff here! Thanks, Mikayla!

I can to this keke’s breakfast taking my wife out for her birthday and we had the most terrible service. The food was cold after waiting 40mins just to get it. Put sat down after us and still received their food faster. When we first came in even the host was rude. I have never been to a keke’s that is this terrible and I love this chain.
