Ordered hand tossed pizza got thin crust and barely any pepperoni and my wings were put in containers with hardly any sauce on them and wasn't even shaken or anything. My family and I love pizza hut but lately it hasn't been worth going especially at night!!!

This is probably one of the WORST pizza huts I’ve ever been to, swears they don’t participate in the $5 lunch special but will over charge for items included. MARCO’S is way better!!

Ally the “manger” is absolutely terrible. Placed a dinner order at 11am for 11:15pm when I get off work (do this at least once a week.) Ally called me at 4pm stating that I need to pick my food up early because they close at 12am or she couldn’t guarantee my food would be made. Never once have I had this problem considering they close 45 mins after I would be picking my food up. Then when questioning her saying I’ve never had an issue she wanted to respond with An attitude “I’ll have your food ready at 11:15pm in the dot sweetheart.” I canceled my order. I’ll never return to this location.

I go to same location all the time. This time I ordered veggie with jalapeños make it extra jalapeños. I got there picked up pizza, opened box, no jalapeños were visible, pointed it out to cashier, he pointed to a green pepper and said there’s one. Then asked for next person in line. Terrible all the way around.

My Dad called in to order a lot of pizza and requested delivery to our home. We had family from out of town over, and wanted to enjoy a nice meal without anyone having to leave to pick up the food. I recommended this Pizza Hut location to my Dad because I had good experiences there before. Dad ordered the food, Pizza Hut took his credit card info and address over the phone, and we waited for the delivery. Pizza Hut committed to make the delivery within 45 minutes of the phone call. We waited for an hour, then Dad called in to see what was taking so long. When he called in, Dad was told that Pizza Hut had mistakenly set up his order for pickup, not delivery. My brother and I then went to this Pizza Hut together to pick up the food (much to everyone’s chagrin. We really didn’t enjoy leaving our family that we rarely get to see). When I walked up to the register, I gave the cashier the order information, and she was very rude to me. She was talking to co-workers over me, and she was very demanding. She informed me that Pizza Hut had not only mislabeled the order, but they had also not charged the credit card. Then the cashier began talking to me as if I were somehow foolish because I didn’t know that they never charged Dad’s card (they literally made him wait on the phone while they processed the payment. I genuinely don’t understand how they could have messed this up so badly). I called my Dad and he checked with his bank, and Pizza Hut had indeed neglected to charge his card. I was so frustrated and disappointed in the service we received that I just walked out with my brother and left. I can’t believe I recommended this company to anyone. After an hour and a half of waiting and dealing with disrespectful and incompetent employees, we ordered from Marco’s Pizza instead. Very disappointed in the service here. Definitely will not be coming back. Ever.

Staff has gone downhill. Ordered a large thin crust pizza and was served a pan medium. Refused to correct or compensate my order no matter what. Used to love this location.
Pizza always tastes fresh here. Love the fast service, too :)

Probably the nicest pizza hut I have ever been to. It was really clean inside and the employee I talked to was super nice. I thought I had included breadsticks with my order but I forgot to add them. When I realized what happened the employee helping me put some in the oven for me on the house and kept the rest of my order hot while I waited. I had a really long and difficult night and I know it's a little dramatic but this honestly almost made me cry. My pizza was also really good

I ordered pizza delivery, 30 minutes after scheduled delivery (an hour and 15 minutes after my order went through) I called and wasTold it would be another 60 minutes. Ellie informed me that I could come pick up the pizza if I didn’t want to wait 2 hours to get it. (She also said they don’t have enough drivers)when arrived I asked if they could remove the delivery fee Ellie told me yes but I would have to run my card again. I agreed and paid for my food again. The issue is I still have the original charge with the delivery fee on my account and now the new one as well!!! Also at no time did anyone attempt to make things right!! This was a horrible experience!!!’
