***DON'T WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY*** This was by FAR one of the WORST meals I ever had in my life! I was in the mood for some good veggies and figured this would be a good place. I ordered a Shrimp Bento Box--no rice, double vegetables. First of all, they rush you when you're ordering and while you're waiting to receive your food. It's as if you're annoying them! They just slap your food in containers with no care or concern. I watched as part of my Bento Box was sitting open on the counter, waiting for the protein of customers ahead of me to finish cooking. The shrimp were so tiny. It was almost comical. I asked for some broccoli, as I noticed I didn't have any with my cabbage. The guy gave me two small pieces and rolled his eyes. The vegetables consisted of only cabbage and sparse pieces of broccoli. The cabbage was not sauted, but soggy and flavorless. The sushi in my Bento Box looked old. The rice, crab, and avocado were dried up, as if it weren't made anytime recently. The dumplings were luke warm and dried out. This was literally a total waste of money. I threw away 98% of my food. I will NEVER eat here again. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!

Sarku Japan at West Oaks Mall in Ocoee is a fantastic spot for Japanese cuisine enthusiasts! During my recent visit, I was thoroughly impressed by the quality and taste of their signature Chicken Teriyaki plate. The Chicken Teriyaki plate was outstanding! The chicken was tender and cooked to perfection, generously coated in a delightful teriyaki glaze. The portion size was ample and accompanied by a lovely assortment of steamed vegetables that were fresh and cooked just right. The rice served alongside complemented the savory teriyaki flavor wonderfully, adding to the overall deliciousness of the dish. What truly made the experience memorable was the exceptional taste of the food. Each bite was a flavorful explosion that left me wanting more. The staff members were courteous, ensuring a smooth ordering process and enhancing my overall dining experience. For anyone seeking delicious Japanese cuisine, especially their remarkable Chicken Teriyaki plate, Sarku Japan at West Oaks Mall is a must-visit! Kudos to the team for delivering top-notch food and service!

There is a reason this is the only busy restaurant in this mall. Great food fast and at a decent price.

The food okay as always. Nothing to write home about. Service was super slow on a Sunday. I felt they should of had more people working the line so it could move a little bit quicker. The atmosphere was nice and peaceful as usual.

Food was good, but when I asked for a refill on my $3.00 coke, I was directed to a sign that read “No refills due to Covid-19”. It is officially over. Shame on the owner for keeping that sign up just to save a few cents (literally how much a refill cost). Bad business. Def won’t be returning due to that mindset.

I may have came on the wrong day, but the chicken teriyaki was utterly disgusting. It was slimy, no teriyaki flavor and had a foul taste. I immediately went back inside to get a totally different meal which was gross also
