Love definitely have the most amazing service , she smiled the whole time and kept a calm and positive attitude. It’s sad she was alone for the 7 customers she had alongside with the constant online orders . I usually don’t buy here unless she’s serving , so if you want a great service request Love , she gets the job done the most effective way possible. This is what customer service should be , again do not go to anyone else but her! As far as the food , It was great , no complaints.

This subway unfortunately struggles to have items in stock: white bread, tomatoes, cheese to name a few missing today. The workers are understaffed for the amount of traffic at this location. I feel bad because they are drowning in walk-ins and online orders. Manage needs to hire more and figure out how to stock. I will not be coming back hear.

Went there on 10/14/23 around 1:15pm and the young gentleman named Xavier or Zavier was very nice and accommodating. I asked him to toss my chicken in a little buffalo sauce and he did it with no problem. A simple gesture such as that goes a long way and displays excellent customer service and I truly appreciated it. The young African American lady who was working next to him that day made a slick comment about him going above and beyond stating he should not have done that for me. She stated and I quote “You don’t sell the bowl you tossed her chicken in.” She seemed to rude and to have an attitude with Xavier trying to satisfy as customer. DID NOT appreciate her, but shout out to Xavier and thank you for your service. I worked in the customer service industry for over 10 years as a waitress. If I can accommodate a guest and make something happen I do it to the best of my ability with the tools I have.

Outsiders

Met this beautiful young lady, very high spirited, you can tell she’s full of love, and crazy love is her name. She did an amazing job on my sub very quickly compared to the other workers I’ve ordered from. Never met a 17 years old with her type of mindset, now every time I go in I have to ask for her and if she isn’t there I walk out. If you want good customer service go to her, if she’s not there the store lost its value at that point and just go somewhere else. Had to give my lovely friend a $50 tip, really an amazing person, I hope she doesn’t work there for ever, she’s gonna be great in life.

The young people working there, one young man one young lady, were very mannerable and respectful. They even had to endure two separate people being rude to them. They did not respond negatively, they only kept working and did a good job on all the sandwiches that I ordered. I think one young man was new. Corporate should promote the young lady and congratulate the new kid because they did a great job.

I had the best experience at subway today. I came in to order and this nice young lady greeted me. She took my order and was very professional. I also remember her telling me her name was Love (beautiful name). We had a nice but short conversation, I will definitely be back for another sub.

Husband went there on June 13th to pick up 2 subs he ordered on the app. He got home with them and they had everything on them.. He ordered them with meat and cheese only. He went back and manager Karen said that's what the app said to put on them. He said that's not what he put on them and he ordered them frequently thru the app (was told by another employee at another store that the app does that sometimes). Karen said "well who changed it, Casper the ghost? I'm not remaking your subs because I would have to eat the cost personally. If you hadn't screwed up the order, it would have been correct." She called her GM Brenda and said she said not to remake them. He explained that our autistic grandson won't eat them like that, but she just kept telling him to leave the store. He has most of this on video and as she chased him out of the store screaming at him to erase the video and came all the way to his car screaming. So they kept the 2 subs and our money! He then went to the Winter Garden subway and bought 1 sub there in person.. Funny enough, Brenda the GM waited on him and was as nice as could be (he didn't realize who she was until he was leaving and an employee told him). An employee there, that my husband told the story to, told him that Brenda was friends with Karen and he would take our number and have the owners call us. He also showed him the video and he couldn't believe what Karen had done. A few days later, after no call, husband stopped in again at the WG store.. Employee said he gave the number to Brenda to give to the owner.. Lol. So we knew that didn't go anywhere. From the looks of these reviews, the Ocoee location has a lot of problems with their employees. We have been there many, many times and never had a problem until now.. But we want our money back for the subs they kept and will never be returning to this location!Update ***Since no owner has contacted us to give us a refund for the subs we paid for and they kept them, we are filing a police report tomorrow. Unbelievable that they care so little about their business and how their managers treat people. We have been going to this location at least once a week for many years. No more.

They don’t wash their hands in between cash handling and before they put there gloves on , my 6 inch sub isn’t even 6 inches and I pointed that out and the “Sub Artist “ claimed it was luckily I didn’t have my measuring tape on me lol, it’s more like a 4 inch she was rude put 2 olives on my sub I asked for more she gave me a look , Customer service here has gone to hell took my entire lunch time away bc they are very slowly making subs , if you don’t like your job find something you like !
