4/16 was my birthday…. I went to go get my free cookies , and your staff treated me so great. My app wasn’t working and the mangers helped me out and also offered a sweet treat. They made me feel so happy and I would tell you keep this crew from the cashier ( she wears glasses( older lady), the Spanish guy was awesome ( Keep him) and I think Sharonda ( manager). Great team and I’m from Ocala. They made my day and I will never for get because I was broke my birthday.

To those who want to come , LISTEN! I’m not a robot nor am I AI! My honest opinion on the place is fact! Walking in and being greeted “WELCOME TO ZAXBYS”…The energy of Carlos(GM) caught my attention right away. Followed by the smile of the cashier who welcome my wife and I (Quez). Quez not only was patient as I took a bit longer to decide what I wanted but he was also knowledgeable about the items on the menu. I got two meals and also tried the LTO shrimp. The shrimp is great . The Zaxtail sauce has a good flavor to it and I recommend them together. Carlos and Quez thank you for your unwavering participation in making this location SHINE!!I would have photos but unfortunately it was gone before I could do the review?

We live in the apartments across from this location and it’s always a quick stop with speedy service!
Love it here!! We had a wonderful fun experience today with Mr. Carlito. My husband and I joked around with him as we grocery shopped at the Zaxby window, we were asking for everything ? He was great and didn’t miss a beat.Kid-friendliness: My daughter loved the new shrimps and we loved the new funnel cakes?

Not only did they take over 10 minutes to bring my food to me at the white line, the grown man who did, did not have on a belt and his boxers were showing his entire behind as ge walked away. ghetto

I just ordered some food from this location. My card wasn’t working for some odd reason, and I’m not broke lol . I tried two different payments and it wasn’t working. Cardio need up paying my tab! It was very generous of him. The customer service was great and Ariana was the one that took my order and she was a sweet heart and very patient! Definitely coming back?

I travel a lot with my job & have ate at many Zaxbys restaurants, but for some odd reason, this location stood out the most. Food was incredible, very fresh! Staff was welcoming & very attentive. If all locations were like this, Zaxbys will be on top! 5+
This food has fallen off horribly, barely and food for the price, really small amount of fries probably count fill 2 hands, and the smallest chicken tenders then the request for success had to be asked several times over. The box was so empty the food wouldn't hold still sliding from side to side. This place may be in big trouble or needs new management. Oooooh and they're out of traditional. Smh.
