I'm actually really surprised to see such poor reviews on this location.The coffee is always perfect the food is always hot and fresh and staff is very nice. I go out of my way to come here because i know it will always be done right.
The service was pretty slow, which I can forgive. The thing that really got me was we ordered a large iced coffee and they accidentally poured it in a medium cup, you could even hear them acknowledge it between the two people at the window. So their solution was to pour the contents of the medium cup into a large cup and then fill the cup about 90% with ice and pass that off as a large iced coffee instead of just pouring more coffee in.
