When was the last time you visited your neighborhood grocery frozen food department? Now would be a good time.Dine in. Waited for an hour. To only get half my order. Which was one Mexican roll. Fried rice never came.I just read this place is a popular Solo dining place.Which stands for ordering two items and only getting one. Solo!

My boyfriend and I walked in, the gentleman didn’t point to the specific booth but told us to sit. When I sat at what i assumed was the booth he asked us to move so when we tried he insisted we just stay put instead. The restaurant was empty besides us and another couple. He came back every two minutes more impatient and after i asked for 5 min please he came back and i just ended up ordering. The service was poor. He was either all over us too much or never came to collect our check. never asked. Everything felt wrong with even sitting here.Whomever the cooks were, the food was delicious. The only thing id ask about was why my pork belly was seared on one side only.

We drove past it and saw the signs so I looked it up and was excited to see a new ramen spot close to me but I was so incredibly disappointed. The staff was very nice, however service was very slow. Seemed like they kept putting off our orders for take out. The karaage was more like a tempura chicken. It was dark meat and very slimey. The ramen looked good but there was some sort of seasoning that I was not a fan of. I've had spicy miso before so I'm not sure what was off about it (it may have been the mushrooms)

My partner and I have been here multiple times and have brought friends here as well. We always have fantastic food. The pho, ramen, sushi, you literally can't go wrong. I wanted to write this review about our server last night. My friend and I had dinner. Our server was working the whole front half of the restaurant by himself. Bussing tables, serving tables, checking out to go orders, making sushi, serving drinks, answering the phone. He was literally doing most of this stuff by himself. He was exceptionally kind and even though we had to wait a little (we didn't mind) it was great service. Unfortunately some people walked out because they felt it wasn't fast enough but at no point did I feel it was unreasonable. You could also see he genuinely felt horrible these people left. Our patience was rewarded with great service and great food. Always remember to have a little patience with people. You never know the full story. You may only see a small glimpse of the work that is being done.

3.5 stars I’d say. This place is not terrible. Food is good & we found the service was adequate. Most items we tried were OK but the fried rice was exceptional. It’s hard to get good fried rice in Tampa so will definitely return for this alone. They have a nice Asian beer selection too, served in chilled glass. Restaurant seemed clean & food prepared to order. The parking is a little bit of a pain the way it’s designed although there were plenty of spots available. Basically, coming in through the main entrance on Gunn puts you facing the wrong direction on either side so you’re better off turning on the side road just after the plaza & coming in through there.

Went for a quick lunch and got the spicy miso Raman. It was delicious. It had a lot of flavor and was cooked perfectly. I also had the house salad. The dressing was a fresh ginger dressing. It was also very delicious. I highly recommend and will be visiting this place again soon.

For a Saturday, I was expecting it to be quick service because it should be the busiest time. When seated, it took about 20mins for someone to get us drinks and take our order. 45min wait after ordering, I saw that there were only 2 people working out front, there should’ve been more. The food was good, 3/5 but small portions for the cost.

In the local area running some errands and decided to satisfy our growling stomachs. Glad we found this local place for Tonkotsu Ramen. We ordered the following appetizers: California Rolls, Gyoza, Fresh rolls (We chose 2 shrimp and one pork), and Miso soup. Dinner we had: Tonkotsu Ramen and Bun Dak Biet Deluxe. We ordered water and one hot tea for drinks. The Sushi (California roll) was made fresh and tasted good, not extraordinary and the portion was small. We are used to a larger roll. The Gyoza was okay, seemed like it was reheated or from frozen, definitely we've had better. Miso soup was tasty. Now the true disappointment was the Fresh rolls (total 3: 1-Pork, 2- Shrimp), all of them came with an overwhelming amount of shredded lettuce and the protein 2 small shrimp in the shrimp roll and 2 small slivers of pork. The peanut sauce was good, except they added a spicy red pepper sauce to one side (and we are not spicy eating people). Would have been great to know, as we would have requested no spicy sauce in our peanut sauce. The fresh rolls as mentioned were overwhelmingly shredded lettuce with just a tiny bit of protein added. No carrot slices, cucumber, bean sprouts, etc. added as in usual Summer rolls. We were very disappointed with these and recommend you skip them unless you like lettuce rolls, (personally I'd not order this again as it's shredded lettuce with two shrimp and a tiny bit of pork, Overall SKIP THIS! The Bun Dak Biet Deluxe (I requested extra fish sauce and did not get extra), was okay (nothing to exclaim about), but drier than I like. The shrimp were tasty, only 2 average size blackened shrimp were added which was ridiculous. It left me wanting more of the delicious shrimp. Pork was dry, and I did not find normal additions to this dish like cucumbers, Daikon, peanuts. Eggrolls added were good, but again I would have preferred more shrimp and fish sauce. The fish sauce that was provided tasted average, for my taste it was missing more rice vinegar sauce and fish sauce to add a kick of tastiness (it was bland). Now the highlight of the meal was the Tonkotsu Ramen, Wow! This dish was actually one of the best Ramen I've had and will keep us coming back for this dish! The broth is incredible and portion size was perfect, compliments to the chef on this one! As for service: the young server was polite, but inexperienced. He had trouble taking our order, but we did not mind restating our order. The hot tea I wanted was a tea bag in a coffee cup and I was only offered yellow sugar substitute (which I can't use), and I had to return the tea. I was charged and had to request it to be removed, which I should not have had to. Let me know they only have yellow sugar substitute before and I would not have ordered it. Also disappointed they don't serve authentic tea. Overall we will be back for the amazing Ramen, but will skip the rest we ordered. We will try some of the other Ramen. The restaurant was clean, and appeared to have a big take-out business as we observed many people coming to pick up take-out. Even though there were only a few people sitting to eat it was loud.

They have grilled pork sandwiches, great bun and pho. The service is fast and friendly. I’m glad they’re close as we get take-out frequently. The atmosphere is casual.
