I've now had 2 very poor experiences with vallartas, both with the same waiter (long black beard). The first time, I ordered a lunch item. He brought out the dinner item. I told him I wanted the lunch and he said he accidentally put in the dinner version. I thought he would have corrected the bill, but he didn't. He charged for the dinner despite that I didn't eat all of it. I complained and he said that I shouldn't have eaten it.The second time was today. My family met up for lunch. 20 minutes after being seated, I got up and retrieved menus for our table. It took about 45 minutes after being seated for him to take our order. We had separate checks. I paid for wife's and my meal and tipped. After leaving, I found out THEY ADDED A 20% GRATUITY ALREADY. He deceived me into paying extra for horrible service!!!That's the last time I go to vallartas. Not did I share my poor experience here, I'm sharing this with all my friends and neighbors. Your dishonest business practices will cost you a whole lot more than you cheated me out of.

My girlfriends and I were there for lunch yesterday, I was the only one that ordered beef chimichanga, friends all had chicken. I just got home from my doctors office, confirmed food poisoning! I was up sick all night. Service was great, been there before. Just want to prevent others from being sick like me.

The good old red barn on State Road 54. I’ve been a customer of Vallarta’s for years. it was one of the first places I have ever had Chihuahua cheese and to be honest, they have me hooked. I’m also a huge fan of the salsa and it’s one of the places that still provide you endless chips, pleasantly surprised that the service was some of the best we’ve ever experienced with this Location and the atmosphere is always eclectic and inviting. The menu is vast with all the Mexican favorites and a few specialty items. Always a challenge to figure out what it is that you want always end up something with delicious.Parking: Kind of odd, as there is parking all around the building, but there are actually entrances on both sides.Kid-friendliness: Great little kids menu, and the environment is colorful and bright and entertaining to childrenWheelchair accessibility: Easy access, no issues at all

One of our local best, staff is awesome! Don’t go if you are in a rush because they take care of their guest, given of course you are friendly I have witnessed people not being nice to staff in a slammed busy night! They are doing their best! Food is always good - Alex, Oliver, Wilman all of the folks are great I know I missed some names and I am sorry but these are top notch for us! ?

Salsa watery. Enchiladas swimming in sauce. The bean enchiladas were runny like soup, and the whole dish was entirely too salty and completely devoid of any other flavor. Our server was absent most of the time. Only good thing was the cold corona. Probably won't be back which is a shame, the place has potential.
