I arrived at 6:31 to get food. I was told by a very rude employee that they close at 6:30. I understood and went to the next location and was told the same. After reviewing the business hours posted it said 7pm. I understand that employees want to go home but if you are going to close at 6:30 and seat around for 30 minutes doing nothing but be rude then maybe you shouldNot have this job.

I should've looked a the 2.0 reviews before I came here but I didn't bc the line was long and I thought it might've been good but it wasn't. I ordered the 3 piece with white meat and the breast barely had any meat it was all bones and wasn't fresh.. with the line being long you would think they would be putting out hot fresh chicken not cold bony chicken that has been sitting there under a heat lamp . very disappointing now I'm in the bathroom regretting my life's choices..

No issues with getting my food. Fast service. It's fast food so it's never that great but it was at pretty good. Chicken tenders seemed to have been over cooked or sat for a while but not bad.

DO NOT EAT HERE!!!!!Horrible horrible service. On a Friday night they close at 8… that’s a little crazy, but these two women tonight did not care about their jobs. We waited over an hour for service, the one girl was just handing out food to anyone who was there, they over charged us for our order (turned out to be the wrong order), the women who was waiting before us they gave her order away and since she didn’t get her food and ours was wrong they tried telling us to give our order to them WITHOUT A REFUND OR OUR CORRECT ORDER bc they were closed. SAVE YOUR MONEY, DO NOT EAT HERE!!! The food was horrible, service was even worse.

Incompetent & oblivious employees. The absolute worst experience I’ve ever had at a KFC. I stopped at 7 PM & not a lot was open, should have just went to Wendy’s. Got my order wrong, then complained about having to remake it, made me wait 15 minutes & still didn’t make it right. Then was rude about it because “they were busy with only 2 people working.” Seriously don’t know if I’ll ever willingly go to a KFC again. Deserve 0 stars!!!

The cashier who attended to me was very rude, very unprofessional and took care of me in a very bad mood, the chicken was poorly cooked, the place was dirty, I asked for the chicken to be changed and the cashier very little professional began to say racist insults. I will not return to this place and I do not recommend it to anyone.
