One of the worst McDonald’s ever. If you go through the drive thru and they tell you to go park at a number, it’s like they forget about you all together. You end up wasting your time sitting there and then having to go in to get your food. I understand places get busy but don’t forget about the people you already took money from. It has happened way too many times at this location. Quite ridiculous.

Wanted an egg cheese biscuits sub round sub muffen. Women in Drive through told me we couldn't do it, but I received it the day before. Had to get out and go to the front counter in order to get what I wanted. Then, I had to wait 20 minutes for an ice coffee.

2 drive thru lines to only service one line at a time. The line moves slow. The service is slow. Dnt come here on lunch break you'll lose your job just trying to get thru the line to get your food. It is faster to go to Denny's and get real food then to eat here at a place considered fast food that's not fast at all. Oh and getting to window to pay to hear Shay talking with a co worker about her personal life. So unprofessional.

This is the worst McDonalds in town. At night you wait in a line for almost 30 minutes with maybe 1 or 2 cars ahead of you in the drive through. They rarely salt the fries. They got rid of the drink machines inside. They are constantly missing items on orders. I've witnessed a lot of angry customers inside. The management is inferior.

We were traveling across state, so we ate inside. The place was clean. I was very happy to see they had shamrock shakes ? !!! The negative part is using the stupid kiosk to place your order. Hate them, takes three times as long rather than giving my order to a live person behind the counter.

Eventually you will drive up, order on a computer and the food will be made by another AI and then you will pick it up with a AI generated "have a nice day" Customer service is a thing of the past at McDonald's. Such a shame when you take into account the McDonald's brothers original concept of perfection in product and service.
