Ok, I don’t hate this place but I also don’t love it because the employees ALWAYS FORGET MY ORDER!!!!!!!! But when they do get right which is RARE it makes my day a little bit better. And also watch out for the cats living in the bushes because they’re are tons of cats living near the McDonald’s and they are so cute and adorable so if you ever go to this McDonald’s at night, they’re cats there and be loving to them so maybe adopt one ? and they really are adorable so don’t run them over K? And the food is just normal food… UNLESS ITS BEING SERVED BY A LADY WHO WORKS THERE! SHE ALWAYS GETS PEOPLES ORDERS WRONG, AVOID HERE! Thats it ?

In transit from Naples to Melbourne we came across this McDonald's.Avoid, decadent place, small sandwiches and of medium/low quality.

Went thru drive thru and order food then paid at first window second window I asked for a extra sweet&sour and the manager said I needed to pay extra so I went to hand her my card and she says she has no register and that I had to walk inside for one sweet and sour!! Meanwhile I have a sick child who I shouldn't have brought in the store yet had to. I go inside and talk to the lady at the front counter and she then tries offering me a free extra sweet and sour without knowing what had just happened I tell her no ma'am I must pay for it as I am getting extra and paying for it wasn't the issue it was the fact I had to bring my puking toddler into the establishment putting everyone else at risk of getting sick for pure laziness and by their manager at that! Miss Debra did a fantastic job with handling the situation and apologize for her managers actions and they way the situation was handled!!! Oh and even offered to carry my drinks out to the car cause my hands were full with my sick child!!! Hopefully her manager can take a couple notes from her or Maybe they should switch their job titles around!!! Thanks so much to miss Debra and if you see this keep up the great work your customer service is impeccable!! These stars are for you!!!!

Hello there! This Macdonalds has been here in the community for a while. The dining area is clean. Rest rooms seem ok. The ordering kiosks are usually open, and the service has been great so far. The milk shakes are not always available. That's ok. They have some hardworking people here like all the other businesses in our town. Everyone has to make money somehow. Just apart of life. If this is near you. I would recommend this place to friends and family.Kid-friendliness: It's ok. But please watch your children no matter where you go. Stay safe out there.Wheelchair accessibility: Yes around the front.

This place needs new owners who actually care about the store and what's going on. Workers are getting arrested for fighting in the kitchen, the tables are never clean, the floors and rugs are dirty. The front line worker is slow because she's doing 3-4 jobs plus she isn't pleasant because she hates her job. They can't keep help and there's only one manager worth having and she's on maternity leave till May!! I've complained to corporate before, I've called the owners and NOTHING has changed. The owners didn't even return my call!! Plus the prices are getting out of hand. I thought fast food was for people who can't afford a sit down restaurant.
Food was great service was fast and friendly. I made a mistake using the kiosk and they fixed it right away for me without a question. Will definitely come back here when I'm in town again.

Didn’t receive the food for my order. Restaurant hasn’t responded or gave a refund. Tried to speak to manager and was told I had to wait. Didn’t have time to wait why they gossiped in the back. Filed complaint with corp. more negative reviews coming, I’m not through!
