Hit and miss....on hot and fresh.....best to eat between 11:30 to 1:00 or 5 to 7....because of food cost control and the lack of focused employees....you get, what u get, when u get.....chicken was chewy and not that good this time.....fast food is like a box of chocolate, u never get the same piece twice.

Got there at 8pm tonight ordered food for two, at 8:45pm got my money back and went to Kentucky Fried Chicken and got served right away. Poor leadership at this Popeyes and I'll never attempt to give them my business again!

The absolute worse experience I have ever had at any Popeyes, let alone a fast food restaurant. Waited 45 mins for my order only for them not to remember and they didn't give me a receipt. In addition to that, the manager was rude and telling all the staff they can go home while cursing at them and a lobby full of disgruntled people. Words cannot express how horrible this place is.

I love Popeyes spicy chicken sandwich, unfortunately they were already out on a Saturday morning at 11:30.
My first sandwich was raw, I took it to the counter they immediately offered my money back. I was hungry and wanted my order, they cooked brand new sandwich and fries for me 7 minutes later nice hot sandwich and fries made me happy. The inside is basically clean but could definitely use some more focus. Always happy friendly staff when I stop here.
