My husband and I wanted food trucks for our wedding reception back in April and hired Kickin' Caribbean as one of them. Carrie's truck was an absolute hit! She was so responsive and organized leading up to our event. She even made us a mango wedding cake as a surprise! The food was good, our event planners enjoyed working with her, our wedding guests had positive feedback when they tried her truck, she was on time and seemed genuinely excited to be part of our event. I would definitely recommend her when it comes to food truck catering!

This tiny place is open on 580 next to Speedway! Fresh Caribbean food in Oldsmar believe it or not! They cook it out back in the food truck and serve you to-go style. There is no place to sit yet other than one outdoor picnic table. Brian was super nice and offered to bring our food to the car so we could wait in air conditioned comfort. Please note, the brightly painted building where you order doesn't have AC. I posted a picture of the menu and we tried several items. The Jamaica beef patties are fantastic. Flaky, hot and tasty. I've never been to Jamaica but these are the best we've had and we always try the beef patty at Jamaican or Caribbean places. The seasoned fries were a total let down. They are not crispy at all and served with bbq sauce and liquid fluorescent cheese sauce on the side. I ate one because I felt compelled to try it. I didn't touch the "cheese". The j*** chicken plate includes rice and peas, two pieces of bone in dark meat chicken, slaw and plantains. Everything was good but the j*** chicken was not nearly as spicy or seasoned as I was hoping. It was moist and properly barbecued but didn't have the flavor pop we were hoping for. Maybe it's been toned down for the American palette? I didn't think to order hot sauce so I don't know if they have any. Life is good with a hot, flaky and tasty Jamaican beef patty!

I just ate at kickin Caribbean in Oldsmar for the first time. Food was absolutely delicious! The chicken just melted in my mouth. This is now my favorite place for lunch. They also have a food truck so keep an eye out for that around the city.

Newly opened and look to be expanding with outdoor seating to the back. I stopped for their j*** chicken which was excellent. Very good spice and the chicken was very tender. I will certainly be back.
