We usually enjoy this location from McDonald’s because their food is always great. That being said, the male lead/supervisor on 5 April at 7pm shocked us. Literally yelling across to his staff to ONLY make food for the drive thru customers and not the in store customers. Absolutely shocking. If that’s your policy, then maybe the eat-in area of this restaurant should be closed to customers. Sub par at best....Several times I have gone there the soda machine was not working, i usually get the QPC meal but the cheese is never even melted lately. Today --(9/27/23) going through drive thru, they forgot my fries, and when they did give me the cold, old fries that seemed to be a day old. I'm done with this store on Tampa RD.
