Nice clean hotel! The TV in our room was not working. Checking in was smooth. The shower was perfect. Location was great close to an event we were attending. Also nice restaurants nearby. The bed and pillows were comfortable. One thing I noticed that the elevator was hot and the push button panel was loose.
I chose this hotel because I've stayed at Courtyards before and wanted that experience. I was a bit disappointed that the hotel was undergoing a major remodeling, and the elements of this brand were not there, yet the hotel was charging full rate (~$250 per night). While I'd have to say the staff members were very nice, as well as our room, the entire sitting area downstairs was entirely boarded up, the workout room was unavailable, and the breakfast area only had a very limited...read full review

The night auditor, Erik, went above and beyond the call of duty. My battery died during the night and Erik used his car and jump cables to get my truck started after his shift ended. The hotel was clean, quiet and the staff were all friendly. I highly recommend the Courtyard by Marriott Oldsmar.
