Upon entering, I was warmly greeted by Josie, a waitress whose exceptional service truly made my visit memorable. Despite my uncertainty about whether they offered my favorite, a hot cup of coffee with French vanilla cream, Josie assured me they did. Her promptness in delivering it to my table was like music to my ears. I appreciated the moment she gave me to simply sip my coffee, gather my thoughts, and unwind from the day's stress. As I perused the menu, Josie provided attentive yet unobtrusive service, allowing me the time to make my selection. When I finally decided on breakfast, she efficiently took my order with a genuine smile. The breakfast itself was exactly what I needed - delicious and satisfying. The hash browns with cheese were perhaps a tad saltier than I prefer, leading me to leave most of them untouched. However, the overall quality of the meal left me feeling content and fulfilled. Gram's Kitchen is a nice hometown restaurant/diner. The food was delicious . I had the roast beef open face sandwich with (marvelous) green beans and with Mac and cheese. Mom had the clam chowder and said it was very good!The place was we'll staffed and everyone was friendly.

I regret to share a deeply disappointing experience my parents had at Gram’s Kitchen. Despite being seated promptly and served drinks, the waitress blatantly ignored them when it came to taking their food order. Shockingly, other patrons were served while my parents were left waiting for over 15 minutes. The stark contrast in treatment was not only disheartening but also unacceptable. This incident reflects a disturbing lack of customer service . Unfortunately, my parents chose to leave. It is disheartening to witness such behavior in a supposedly welcoming establishment. I hope this review encourages a reconsideration of customer service practices at Gram’s Kitchen.Update: Spoke with Missy(manager). She was very apologetic and nice. She even reviewed the camera footage. She explained that the server was working a party of 6 in back room. I do think the server should have communicated the potential delay to my parents. Missy did offer to comp my parents meal should they choose to return. So I appreciate Missy’s professionalism.
