Place the order with Uber eats to pick up in store one they had the order Wrong . I ordered a number 8 in a tub upon receiving my food I noticed there are no lettuce. The bottom of the bowl was empty so much that you can see the vinegar and oil at the bottom of the bowl so I had to drive 17 minutes again to now have them remake my food . Kayla, when I entered the store, I think she already knew why I was there looking very big eyed when I walked in as if maybe she didn’t think someone would come and say anything about the order and the big mess up that it was she then asked me what I like my food remade. Then I said yes, of course, while waiting, she proceeds to gossip about this order and myself and my face like I wasn’t even there the rudeness that came from this individual was so unprofessional when I asked for her name, she told me she didn’t have to give me her name so I asked for the manager the manager then gave me her name and I’m going to say the manager was partaking in Kayla‘s behavior in front of other customers. I will travel all the way to Daytona Beach for now on to go to Jersey Mike’s Jersey Mike’s where I’m from having a reputation of great sub great food but I see this location is not doing so well, even by, the other reviews I am reading I don’t know if this is privately owned or corporate own but someone needs to come down and get this manager and store together because Kayla seems like she tells the manager what to do

Orange city store is way too light on the meat. It seems to get worse each time I go there. If I want a bread sandwich it’s a lot cheaper to go to Publix and buy a loaf of bread and douse it with oil. Lake Mary puts at least a half of inch thick ham versus 8 thin pieces at Orange city on a giant. I’m done with this store after 15 years of Jersey Mikes this place should be ashamed of themselves for $17 for a giant #3 ham and cheese this is a rip off. So bad that I took pictures of the same sandwich from each location and will visit store and show them what it should look like. Back to Firehouse for me. Found the same thing with the #56 big cheese steak. Little meat and not the same flavor,They must have cut the quality and size of the ingredients, just doesn’t justify the price.

Wow. Just wow! Yesterday 02/06 I went to this location. I’m speechless, their service is unmatched. Everyone was very friendly and happy. This will be my new sub shop.

The sandwiches are good. The only thing wrong with this place is the smell upon walking in. The rug needs deep cleaning or a new one. It smells funny. It turns a person off and makes them think if they are hungry enough to eat here. Close the place down for a day, or if not, do some DEEP CLEANING overnight, clean the floors, walls, rug, everything. Take pride in your establishment. It will not go unnoticed and will surely bring in more business. There is nothing better than walking into an Eatery and having it smell clean and smelling of good food, too. It's a win-win situation. This is the closest place in Central Florida that I have found that reminds me of Blimpie's from back up north. A sandwich shop that was very popular. It's a little expensive, so make it worth our hard earn money.

This location is not that good. I had a turkey & provolone. The bread felt and tasted like it had been sitting out for a week. Definitely not worth the money for the little amount of ingredients used. They could have made a quarter of the sandwich with what I got on a regular.

It was the first and only time I've tried a sub there.I ordered a large steak sub with extra meat provolone and mushrooms. My girlfriend ordered an italian sub with no onions, she hates them. We used Uber Eats to deliver the subs. When they got here my sub had peppers, onions, white american cheese, and no mushrooms. My girlfriend's italian sub had onions on it. I tried calling the store repeatedly and and no one would answer. That was the first and definitely the only time I will ever order subs from there again.
