Bridgette is always the best waitress we’ve ever had at any restaurant and that’s no exaggeration.So an interesting thing happened today. We’ve gone to the orange city Perkins for at least 20 years and Tyler S. Is the first manager that has ever asked us what we’d like to drink and brought us our drinks when he sat us. That simple little thing helps the waitresses so much and it wasn’t lost on us.

Came in late on the late night craving something sweet was greeted kindly and served promptly. Didn’t have the dessert I wanted but Tyler the manager on duty provided me with the next best option some fresh carrot cake now my favorite 10/10 would recommend. Keep up the good work guys

Good luck getting them to answer the phone! And when you do finally get through to someone, you will likely be hung up on. They would rather just not have your business - so you have lost mine and my entire families, Perkins.The staff here does not know how to juggle multiple responsibilities. Management needs to be more attentive. So sick of hearing how under staffed they are as a reason for poor service.

About 2 weeks ago, we had breakfast in Orange City. My husband’s food was awful. The scrambled eggs were cold as well as the Belgium Waffles. He did not eat it but we paid for the 2 meals and left not to return again.

Horrible customer service, hung up on several times. Tried to order breakfast on the phone, (they don't do online ordering), for 45 minutes only to be hung up on 3 times!!!!!
Thank you Crystal for your excellent service, smile and for assisting us with the menu. We couldn't have asked for a better person. Thank you Perkins for Crystal and your delicious food. It's a tradition for us to always have a slice of your lemon meringue. The presentation was amazing.

We ate at Perkins several times while staying in Orange City, FL. Good food all around. Wish they had Perkins in NW Arkansas.
Came in Tyler was the manager our server was our normal server Jeremy. Incredible is putting it lightly. Every visit we leave thinking the food and service can’t get better. However this location never lets me down. Great food and smiling faces. This is a must visit local spot.
