Popeyes has been going down hill. Went tonight and spent 30 bucks for 2 people. Shrimp plate was rock hard. Added an extra side of Cole slaw and ended up with potatoes with gravy. 3 weeks ago, I went late night and they had messed up the sides. Figured I'd give them another chance. I'll just go to the dollar general next time.

It has been over a year since I came to this locate. I was wanting Popeyes and thought I would give it a chance. The atmosphere is a lot different obviously new managers or management and I even told the young lady at the window. I was pleased thinking I could come back in the future. I get home and when I open up my box I see nuggets and beans & rice. This location still has some very bad issues. I just will not ever come back again. Publix and Winn-Dixie is where I get my fried chicken from now on.

We ordered DoorDash and first we were missing an order of tenders, my dad tried the new Honey Lemon Pepper wings and they gave him Ghost Pepper wings!!! Super hot my dad couldn’t eat them. Drowning in grease. My fish sandwich was ok- nothing special.

These ladies (& I'm being very generous in my words) were extremely pushy & rushed me. I was grabbing my purse & it fell to the passenger floor so as I was unbuckling my belt so as I could grab the purse, a bigger woman (again being generous with wording) yanked the window open & repeated the price to me a 3rd time... As if I didn't hear the other lady the first 2 times.. She also rushed me so much that she cut me off from finishing my order & I was missing half of my food. My drink was wrong too(was definitely the result of her rushing me& bossing me around) she even had a snide "have a great day" with a smirk on her face.. I got 5 meals & I do know that is a lot but please have patience & not be rude. Very dissapointed right now & it would be extremely hard to come back from that. If that's how they treat people,I wouldn't be able to trust the food from their hands to my family & I. Absolutely no need to be rude & pushy. Extremely ???

I have ordered at multiple Popeyes, and never had an issue substituting a biscuit for a side. Not here. "Not allowed - not even for an extra cost." Um..ok? Also asked for multiple sauces, and instead of being told to pay for the extra, just wasn't given what I asked for. I would be happy to pay for things, why can't you just give me what I'm asking for?? Rude staff.

my all time fave for fried chicken. love the cajun spices and always order the spicy chicken. Beats the competitor in Service, menu, and pricing. we usually only go thru the drive thru so I didnt mark anything for atmosphere.
