“This was our first time here and we will definitely be back. We had the crab Rangoon, beef fried rice, miami heat roll, Boston roll, kiss of fire roll, royal special roll, and the shrimp mango roll. We highly recommend it all. Everything was fresh and delicious. There are so many other things I can't wait to try!“
“We have been coming to this restaurant for about a year and it is always top quality and service. The sushi is consistent and super yummy! The house salad is always fresh and the soup is delicious!! And the staff is always nice and friendly !! This place is our number 1 sushi place !!“
“Normally Fujiyama is an easy goto for good sushi and hibachi. IDK if there are new chefs back there but the food was phenomenal today. The flavor hit exactly where it was supposed to, all the sushi tasted and looked fresh. Whatever they are doing, KEEP IT UP!Amazing as always!“
“So the server ordered not what I wanted. I wanted sashimi. Beautiful presentation even tho not what I wanted. Chef realized I wanted sashimeand sent me an extra order. New server. Messed up the bill - twice. But all fixed with plus one. Great food. Server was great. Everyone makes mistakes. Quality food. Kindness. Great experience.“
“Sushi at this place is phenomena! I totally recommend it.Try the Tiger roll and shrimp tempura (husband’s favorite). My go-to is the spicy tuna roll and the rainbow roll. Love it!!!!They also have lunch specials which makes it super affordable.Vegetarian options: Make your own poke bowl. Also there’s a vegetarian sushi roll list on the menu“
“Wow, this place is incredible! Everything we had tonight for dinner was an absolute treat. Such bold flavors and a beautiful presentation. It is truly a fantastic dining experience! Plus, a beer or two from Celery City Craft was fantastic. We will surely be back! Another foodie adventure in the books.“
“The sushi was so good! This place is a hidden gem! Best for takeout rather than dining in, since they only have a couple tables. They do have a sushi bar to sit at, though. Very casual atmosphere, literally nothing pretentious. We will definitely go back for takeout!“
“We love Maru. They have so many good ideas for their rolls and the food is just so well made. I haven’t had a single meal there that was less than excellent. It’s also just a comfortable place…some restaurants just welcome a slower pace and this is a cozy spot.“
“Very good and plentiful food. Friendly place and offers take out or dine in. Sushi is great, beautiful plating. Waiting for their liquor license still, but otherwise, a rising star for the community. Update, 02/2024, we eat here about once a week (closed on Tuesdays) they do have their liquor license with nice wine and saki. Takeout or dine in, always good food with several gluten-free choices.Dietary restrictions: Several gluten-free entries. Love the rice noodles.Kid-friendliness: Often children with families.Wheelchair accessibility: Nothing special but could access tables with a wheelchair.“
“The 4.9 review is well deserved by Moya Sushi. We popped in for an early dinner after a nice bike ride and trip to Blue Springs State Park. We started off with 2 rolls - Sweet Potato and Spicy Tuna. Both were excellent. We then ordered the General Tso Tofu and Shrimp Noodles (pictures). Again, both were excellent. We completely polished off our plates. The service was prompt and friendly. Definitely recommend and would visit again when we're in the area!“
