Food was alright. My fries were soggy, tenders were meh. I placed a big order for Super Bowl and I feel like I got ripped off. The store is so disorganized and a bunch a young kids that really don’t care working there. Never again will I get food from the location.

I was scared to eat here because of the current rating, but I’m glad I did. The wings and fries were cooked good. Maybe in the beginning there were issues but every time I’ve gone there was never a problem. Also the employees are wonderful, especially Alesia!

Everyone has room for improvement, but this place treated in person way better than the person who helped over the phone on my way here . I waited over 45 min for my wings to go order though. This was frustrating . Customer service host name was Victoria , she was helpful but then avoided my eye contact while I was waiting. Of course I still walked out with my wings , but the wait and avoidance was very disrespectful

I’ve tried this location a few times now and they always get the order wrong or forget something. I got all the left over tiny burnt pieces of fries once, boneless when I ordered bone in and the food is always room temperature.
The food is good but I waited for like 40 minutes for the food and it was just sitting in the rack and they were just talking and joking around

I arrived at this location on November 25 at 11:26pm. I normally don’t write reviews but the greeting and energy of the man at the front was so uncalled for. He was rude for no reason & we come here all the time with no issues. I’ve placed an order before at 11:45 without a problem but we understand it’s saturday and people want to go home but we left this location & as we were leaving a female worker from the back said “Thank God”.Personally, being a manager in the past and having people under me, I would better train the people to communicate to the clients what the working hours are kindly and patiently. Better training is needed at this store being a regular I find this preposterous. I am taking my business elsewhere and I am sad to say that because this is my favorite Wingstop.

From the breif moment of walking in and picking up my order this location hit on a bunch of 5 stars. I was immediately greated when walking in and the staff in the kitchen was firing on all cylinders communicating and working on other orders while the young lady at the front immediately greated me coming in. The app said approximately 45min until ready but I arrived about 20min before that and my order was already ready for me to pick up. The chicken sandwhiches I ordered were warm and you couldnt see a better looking sandwich. Each sandwhich looked like it belonged in a commercial. The honey bbq and the new maple siracha were so good. The large fries were loaded and warm as well. The bag they were in even looked perfect with no blemishes. Thank you for a great experience in such short amount of time to experience it. Truelly 5 stars.
