Drove up thru the drive thru during normal hours and as soon as I pulled in they turn their lights off and acted like they didn't even see me and there were people inside. Won't be going back to.. that location anymore

The floor manager has no manners & gave ice when I requested NO ICE PLEASE.THE SAUERKRAUT WAS AS TOO SWEET , the young lady taking orders was professional after floor manager kinda scoff stuff at her.

We ate inside the restaurant. The food was cold as was the service when ordering.
Even tho they ran out of several products, the girl at the drive thru was sweet and helped us place our order with what they did have. I think her name was Paige or Sage. She was awesome!
