I have cooked and eaten a lot of BBQ. If you are craving some real bbq from a pit. This is it! So good! Great price for good portions. Clean and tentative staff! Everything was cooked perfectly and hot and fresh! ✌️

If I could give a 1 star, I would. The waitress brought me out burnt ribs. I asked her if all the ribs were burnt in the back. She then brought me 2 uncooked ribes and took the 3 burnt ribs back to the kitchen. The chicken was uncooked as well. I ordered sweet potato fries but I received regular fries. The waitress brought out a order of sweet potato fries with no flavor that appeared to have been sitting for a while and warmed up in the microwave. The waitress knew I wasn't happy with my meal and never went to go get a manager or ask me how could she make up for my bad experience. I use to go here all of the time when the food was very cooked well and flavorful. They will never get a dime from me ever again.

ILOVE YOUR RIBS. However, this is the 2nd time in a few months that I get the large rib platter and there is a long black hair in it. I know it can happen but it truly just ruins the meal.
I'm disabled. I use a manual wheelchair. I have misophonia (super sensitive hearing, sounds -especially louder ones- cause pain to my nerves). So there's no surprise that I had to use earplugs in this sports bar open BBQ pit place. What was surprising is that we were the only customers not at the bar but the music was turned up so very loud. There's nowhere to sit that doesn't have a speaker overhead. It's much more like a bar in that aspect. And for me it totally sucked.I LOVE THEIR FOOD but I'll have to stick to the drive through when I return.Oh DON'T TRY THE WATER.Vegetarian options: I like their vegetable options! I usually eat more vegetarian food but I came here for chicken. I wrongfully assumed they had pulled chicken. Maybe that's the Memphis in me expecting every BBQ place to have good pulled chicken too?? The CHARBROILED CHICKEN SANDWICH tasted wonderful but was over tenderized. Yes, I would still highly recommend it!Wheelchair accessibility: Ya. Typical accessibility.

I was working out of town. I was tired and hungry and realized they had a drive thru. I ordered the large brisket meal with sides of Mac n cheese and beef stew for $22. I was blown away. I can go to a same bbq place in my area of Florida and get the same dish for more money and a much smaller portion of brisket and sides. I was VERY happy w the amount of food I received especially the brisket! WOW! I ate all of my food and still had brisket left over to bring home with me. Thank you to Bono’s for the fabulous meal and deal! Hoping you open a store in Orlando soon!!
