First of all, good food and beverages are nothing without GREAT customer service. You will absolutely find it here with Erin. I came here because of the Jax 2023 PubPass, and I am thrilled to have found a place that is comfortable, casual, and friendly to couples, families, and even folks who are solo like me. Usually, an establishment on the PubPass limits your free beverage to 1 or 2 choices. Not here!! You can select anything from the 21+/- ales, IPAs, hard seltzer, bottles, cans, and even a milk stout. Yes, there are sports TVs but the sound is very low because the wonderful music is playing, too. Yes, there is basic food like pizza, salads made with iceberg lettuce, pub pretzels, cheesy garlic bread,and Stromboli, but theirs are Brewbolis. I had a wonderful experience. Erin changed items in my salad, recommended beer cheese for the Pub pretzels, and even offered "to go" cans of the local ale that I had ordered for a take-home option. Just a few observations to make your experiences even better. The location is in a strip mall that my GPS couldn't seem to find and brought me to the backside of the building. The Jax PubPass says "Pinglehead Brewing," and they are located inside Brewer's Pizza, which is the name on the signage. And the pub pretzel knots were well done and extra crunchy, which I love, but I didn't order them to be well done. So, order them with a doneness that you like. I wish they were in my neighborhood!! I would be there a few times per month. Thank you, Erin, you are fantastic!!

We have a new pizza spot! Yay. I don’t know how long they’ve been here but I’m glad we finally discovered them. Crispy crust and the outer portion of the crust was crispy on the outside soft on the inside. Okay…the vegetables were like they came straight from the freakin’ farmers market. If anything came out of a can, slap me and call me silly but I can’t say that it did. I had the Veggie Pizza and my husband had the Super Duper. We will definitely be back.Servers were nice and mellow fellows!

We ordered a thin crust Almost Everything pizza. Loved it. Have been living here 5 years only to finally give it a try. Tom- Will be back.

The food was amazing but the staff was rude and refused to serve a flight because he was “too busy”. There were 8 customers in the whole place! Part of the fun of going to a craft brewing place is trying the different beers. I was highly disappointed that a beer place wasn’t willing to serve beer.

Do you like ridiculously salty food?? Well then you’ve found the perfect place! We had some pretzel bites and a pizza and both were like licking a salt block. The brews they make were okay, not my cup of tea though, I preferred the guest taps they had. The service wasn’t phenomenal, we had to go up to the bar to order even though we had a table.

The service was very good. We were attended to right away, and the staff was very nice. The pizza was good. Beer was also good. Our dishes looked dirty (greasy).

Didn't receive sauce for reuben pizza, had some thousand island at home, but prefer my Reuben as a sandwich. Didn't taste the sauerkraut until I ate a piece cold. Would still love to try some of the other pizzas they
I ordered dinner from here to go cause it was on my way home, but I should have stayed! It seems like a really cool place.I did not want to stop eating!! Dinner was AMAZING. I got a large meatball pizza, cheesy garlic bread, and “Snickers bread” I didn’t know what that last one was gonna be, but I read the title and thought: “Shut up and take my money”! Everything was fantastic and I’m so happy I live in Jacksonville now. I want to go here again and again.Well done Brewer’s!! ?????

The pizza is insanely good. Their Red is ridiculous. Ask for Taylor when you go. I always bring my family from Buffalo when they visit.

Ordered a pizza in person, for to go. Was told they just got a few orders put in from a big party so it would be about 20 minutes and they would bring it kut to me as soon as it was ready, okay no problem. I understand things happen and often times take longer than quoted, so I waited patiently...for an hour. Then I went back to the counter to check in, the guy was like oh let me see if it's ready and comes right out with it. Said they didn't let him know it was ready. The pizza had been sitting for half an hour and was barely warm. They offered to remake it so it would be fresh, so I said okay -- more waiting When they brought the pizza out, it was the same pizza slightly re-heated. Definitely not out of the oven hot. The pizza was very average. Also, a large here is 14" which I did notice it say that on the menu when I ordered, but c'mon 14" isn't large when it comes to pizzas. No concessions were offered for the unnecessary 45 minute extra wait. No discount, no "sorry here's some pretzel bites on us", nothing. Seems like a slap in the face when they ask you to pay when you place the order and you tip in good faith, then you get crap service. I would skip this place, plenty of other options to choose from.

OMG this place has to have the best pizza in the whole Duval/Clay county area. We do not get over here often but if we are anywhere near it's pizza time. Medium size tasty crust, amazing sauce and the pepperoni is fresh and tasty tasting. Perfect ratio of cheese to sauce and although we do not drink beer, there were tons of people coming in to get their beer on. TV screens are strategically placed so you can see the game or whatever is the sport of the day. Highly recommend this place

The pizza is delicious!!!!!!!! I will ask next time for a little extra bake because I like a crispier pizza. We were pleasantly surprised! Potato skins were great also! The guys at the counter were very friendly also. They have an outside seating area too which is nice for doggie lovers. Definitely will be back!
