Terrible service! Whoever is taking the orders at the drive thru has an attitude problem. I was simply trying to tell them my order and immediately got cut off and told to “pull up”. All to wait over 20 mins for an Oreo milkshake. No please or thank you. No manners. And I witnessed him call the customer in front of me a derogatory term. This Burger King used to be managed great, idk who’s in charge now. Will definitely not be back!

Do not visit fast food places- espec as they NEVER have want I want- asked for Frosted frozen lemonade. They didn’t HAVE it. Not that it was sold out. Did. Not. Have. It. at all. Then take it off your DAMN MENU and DO NOT ADVERTISE IT! Not to mention charge $$$$ to what amounts to an “icee” you can better at Buccees

Clean, doesn’t smell like a fast food joint, I like that indoor/outdoor area but most of all the dude with the pick in his hair providing the best of vibes. He treated everyone with the kindness we were taught to show each other and that makes all the difference. Just the care he showed for an old person getting a refill on her coffee put me in a better mood.French toast sticks and hashbrowns hit the spot. They tasted like it came from a clean kitchen, which isn’t easy to do with fast food lol

This store is clean, and the staff is friendly. However, on this day they seemed short staffed. I did not like the Mushroom Swiss. It came out (nothing like the picture) sloppy, sourdough barely toasted. My husbands burger order was wrong. They did offer to fix it.

The fries were fresh and hot, the burger, on the other hand, was room temperature, and for it to be just turning lunch, the burger should have been freshly cooked. There was 2 of us, and it took a while for our food to be ready. I would give this restaurant another chance to fix the issues.

Finally, and I truly mean FINALLY found a BK that makes a good sammich. It took a bit longer than usual, but it was worth the wait. Staff was attentive and professional. The restaurant was clean. A wonderful departure from others here in Jacksonville
