This has to be one of the worst checkers I've ever been to even the 1 in Gainesville. Tops this one in gainesville is terrible in itself. They never have enough staff even during busy peak times they have two people running around with acting like chickens with their heads cut off. Today I ordered a slushy freezy which was supposed to have fruit. When I brought it to the manager's attention she said oh we're out. So at no point did they find it necessary to tell me that what I was paying for I wasn't getting. Not to mention the staff issue. There's no reason for it if you hold open interviews every week and have a constant flow of applicants. You should never let your business run like this. Especially during peak times that tell you run business away. And I guess you get what you pay for with the staff. Because none of them act like they have any kind of intelligence.

Went here after watching the commercial for the $1.99 sandwiches. The fries were great but the sandwiches we came for, the meat was literally thinner than a piece of beef jerky.

We visited this Checkers a few weeks ago. The store was clean. The associates were friendly and helpful. But my chicken sandwich tasted like cardboard and was just as thin - as thin as paper. The fries were cooked perfectly but tasted a bit off. I don’t know if it wasn’t seasoned properly or what.
The service was great and the food was ready fast. The fries are the best!!!

Preface: After a hectic run of UTURNS on Blanding in rush hour evening traffic while waiting for hubs tires to get changed we took off in search of something to eat while we waited. It was stressful , I was about to turn into Taco Bell when we saw checkers ! Haven't been to a checkers since 2014 I didn't even know we had one . We pulled up to order and instead of a grumpy person rushing you through decisions it WAS AN AI!! We had two kids in the back and it waited patiently and made no mistakes ! Loved that. The burger was not greasy at all and had fresh cut red onion . Fries were crispy and well seasoned . 4 of us ate for $25 my son got a hotdog and it does not come plain they put ketchup AND Mustard so beware of that for picky eaters. There was no ambiance we ate in our car watching people do laundry at the laundromat. Luckily our other car was ready to be picked up. All in all if you want something quick and aren't being health conscious it's a nice change . You have to eat in ur car or outside tho
