Most Chick-fil-A experiences are five star and outstanding. But tonight was a real disappointment. Not only was the drive-thru line incredibly slow this time, I pulled this half full large fry box out of the bag. I prefer to pay the $3 for the fries, not the box. SMH. Do better CFA.

I don’t know what y’all have done with your chicken it’s thinner. The outsides of it is hard you can hardly bite it. You have really made a mistake changing your chicken or the way you’re preparing it. Shame on you Chick-fil-A.

Lindsey at this location is a team lead, she's so helpful and courteous. She went above and beyond accommodating to me and made sure I had everything I could have needed before leaving, then offered to help me to the car because it was a large order.

It was a busy day with school being out for Spring Break. Everything was great! I decided to figure out the app while sitting at a table. The play area worked out great for the 7yo I was babysitting. CFA was her idea. We got our meals, and a nice female employee even came around to check on everyone.
It's always a pleasure going here. Had a gift card that was having a problem being read. Jacob, a well-trained employee, did it manually take the rest of my order and then had the manager deal with it.

Take notes from mandarin chick fil a on how to run a drive thru. Don’t adopt the layout of 2 drive thru and not use it as intended.

The restaurant in Fleming Island needs to check orders before giving customers their food. I did not receive my full order and was gone 10 minutes before realizing so. I tried calling back repeatedly but no one answers the phone. I drove back which pissed me off so I will no longer visit this location.
