I usually come here once a week after work, because it’s on my way home, by the time I get here it’s around 8:30-8:45. The past 3-4 times i’ve been, they have always forgotten something. I usually order a quesadilla and get rice as a side, and they haven’t put it the last 3 times. Today I got sour cream and salsa as a side, and I didn’t get either one. Not to mention, I usually park and eat because I eat lunch at 1:00 and am hungry by the time it’s almost 9:00, and they ALWAYS forget my napkin and utensils even though I include it in my online orders. It’s just extremely frustrating starting to eat my food and when it makes a mess, there’s never any napkins and I can’t eat my sides (that they rarely remember) without utensils. I had to drive back around today to get utensils & napkins while in the middle of eating. This is literally an all the time thing. Not to mention, I completely stopped getting bowls here because they skimp out on the portions. If you’re out of something, i’d rather you say that so I can get a refund and eat somewhere else. Or if you’re out of sides (sour cream, salsa rice, etc) at least let me know ahead of time before handing me my plate of empty sides. Im literally getting a Victorian child’s ration of food for $15. Idk what has happened with this Chipotle lately.

Fixings were all cold. Teach team to keep them fresh and hot please. Line people were quite friendly but the dining room was filthy. Also saw line prep use utensil from one item in other item which could be an issue with people who have allergies. Jeez, clean the tables. You have the nerve to have a tip jar when I have to clean my own table? So what's the tip for? Making me get my own food? Come on, this tip nonsense is out of control. Soda machine is dirty too.

I hope whoever made my burrito has the best day of their life soon. Did it fall apart towards the end? Yes, but such is the cost of a near-perfect burrito. Perfect ingredient distribution, got a lil bit of everything in each bite, my order was ready right on time, and service was friendly. I was hungry as all get-out and this hit the spot ?

1st time eating at Chipotle. We told the line worker it was our first visit. We felt very rushed to make our choices. At the time there were 4 people in line. Adding queso to the bowl was not worth it (has no taste or spice). Food was decent but definitely not worth the $30+ for 2 steak bowls and a small queso.

Without a doubt, the worst Chipotle I've ever been to.Manager appears to have no idea how to train staff and/or make normal Chipotle food.Things that have happened here:- Cheese quesadilla without cheese- Bowl with equal amounts of rice and hot salsa (so more of a soup)- Missing itemsIt's the franchise example where if you get your food and it only tastes bland, you're thankful.I kept giving it more chances, but this is the last time. Change your mind and eat something else.

One of the staff got my order wrong and my friends order wrong even though we specifically told them what meat we wanted. Got to checkout before we realized it was wrong and the manager got upset that WE didn’t “know” that the staff got the order wrong then processed to be sassy and tell ME what the meats were claiming I didn’t know what I wanted. Idk maybe train your staff so they don’t waste food. I wanted carnitas and staff gave me the steak.

Tip for future customers: order through the drive through so you do not have to encounter the manager with glasses. This was my first time going into the physical building to order and eat; I assure you I will not make that mistake again. The food was great, and was prepared by people who genuinely seem like they care about the customer. However, my entire experience was ruined when the manager came from the back yelling at the employees in front of the entire dining room. Her volume was astounding and extremely inappropriate. The fact that she felt comfortable yelling at her own employees in front of customers just goes to show that she clearly is not fit to be a manager. When I approached one of the other Chipotle employees to ask for the manager’s name, said manager stood there, glared at us, and reprimanded that employee for speaking with a customer. She probably could tell I was trying to make a complaint and decided to retaliate using terror tactics. I quite literally saw that employee get SCREAMED AT for SPEAKING WITH A CUSTOMER.It’s comical that the aforementioned manager started to talk about the 5 foundations of throughput. She legitimately started to quiz the staff in front of the entire dining room in the middle of the dinner rush. WHO DOES THIS? If you don’t know, these are the guidelines for serving the customer in an efficient manner, as defined by Chipotle HQ. When I looked them up, I found that point #1 is “pull them through politely.” She immediately showed her lack of care for this rule when she yelled at a child who wanted a chocolate milk. It’s so disgusting when someone takes advantage of their position. The employees were clearly uncomfortable with this person as their leader. I have scrolled through other reviews on here and this manager has MULTIPLE complaints, yet nothing has been done. I have decided to redact the name of said manager, but Chipotle has my formal complaint. I advise you, fellow reviewer, to share your experience with Chipotle directly so something can be done about the poor management situation. And to the manager, if you even care to read this, please be mindful that this is a Chipotle and not some military operation you are running. Have a bit of compassion for your employees and customers, as we are all human and are just trying to live life to our greatest capabilities.

We go to this Chipotle in Flemming Island about twice a month. Most of the time it is good. But lately it has been going downhill. Today, portions were quite a bit less than normal probably because the food containers were low. One reason I come here often is because I feel full after eating what I paid for. Not today. Also, the food was cold. The chicken was overcooked. Just dissatisfied with how this place has gone downhill. It will be a while before I go back if I ever do.

The employees were wonderful and so kind. My food was delicious and couldn’t be any better. UNFORTUNATELY, the manager PJ, had the worse attitude towards her employees and the whole lobby could hear her screaming at them. I feel for the employees as this to me seems like a very unprofessional way to redirect your employees.
