Hey Scott (Owner) can you tell your employees that they can’t make people leave and take their food to go just because they don’t like them. My daughter Mya friend Zoe came in to order the other day and let her order and then COURTNEY told another employee over the headset to tell her she had to take her food to go. If it’s not Courtney being rude it’s TARA. Mya came in a couple weeks ago with my husband and they were giving her dirty looks. Your employees need to grow up and act professional. This is not how you run a business. Your current employees can’t be rude to ex employees just because they don’t like them anymore. Next time it happens I’m reporting Dairy Queen to the BBB.

Arrived at 9:40pm and ended up getting out and knocking on the window since no one would answer the drive-thru. A girl finally came to the door and said they were closed. The sign clearly says they close at 10:00pm. Extremely disappointing. We just wanted two blizzards..

I ordered last night to take home and enjoy. When I came home, the French Fries were cold, greasy and limp as though they had been refried to the point of grease saturation. I could not eat what I purchased. I called to communicate my experience and was told, "Well, I don't know what to say about that". I asked for the one in charge and the person I spoke with said she was the manager. So, the manager of this location could not understand why the food was so ill prepared. I feel like I wasted my money at this location with no resolution to the problem.

Told the cashier for two large oreo blizzard and was given a large and medium blizzard the problem is I wouldn't even care but the price difference isn't even a dollar and I got have the amount so yeah not ever going here again ?

Husband ordered a cone and a shake. They gave him the cone and he waited 5 mins for th3 shake to be made. The cone was melting and not enjoyable to eat. I ended up throwing it our the window as it was dripping everywhere. Common sense make the sahkw first as it is in a plastic cup vs an ice cream cone. Thanks for wasting my time and money!!!!

If you place a delivery order from this location, it will be wrong. I tried different delivery apps and it's clear it's the store. Apparently basic reading comprehension is not required for workers at this location as simple instructions like: no onions or mayo on my burger are ignored. Or you get a completely different blizzard than what you've ordered. So unless you like to be surprised by your food order, I would recommend not ordering from here.
