Let’s start with the rude manager. The idea behind iced coffee is that it’s supposed to be cold, but this iced coffee was very warm. When asked for ice, the manager took another cup, poured coffee from the original cup over ice, and tried to keep the remaining coffee(which, mind you, was ALREADY PAID FOR!) When we asked for the rest of our coffee, the manager tells us, “ I’ll let you go this time, but next time, you have to pay for the ice.” Imagine that…pay for ICE in ICED COFFEE! No worries, we won’t patronize that store again.

The overnight service sucks. The guy there on February 18th, 2024, @11:25pm, left us at the window and didn't tell us the amount for the food and didn't come to the window at all after receiving our order. Dude was calling me "my guy" when I had to call about the food that was ordered. When I asked him how much longer it would take to get the order or to come up to the window, all he said was idk, and was rude and standoffish the entire conversation.
Met John (I believe was his name after a quick glance at his badge) 6:15am this man was so nice and patient notice I was a nurse and gave me a discount and was dealing with a full drive thru line while working alone he definitely gets a 5 star from me and my coffee was on point too!

It was fantastic the staff was outstanding. Had some great conversation. It is truly everything a Dunkin’ should be just outstanding the manager was absolutely ? awesome.

Had to stand and wait a few minutes for someone to take my order. No one was at the register when I came in. I feel like it’s a hit or miss with this place, but more so a miss. Most of the time I come here the donuts don’t have enough frosting. For what they charge you would think they would be better than Walmart or Publix donuts. They may have the variety but the quality of their donuts needs to be better.

I came here yesterday to this Dunkin’ Donuts. I placed a mobile order. I went through the drive thru to give my name. I ordered a ice coffee with French vanilla and toasted white chocolate swirl. I added cookie butter cold foam. I wanted to know if the cookies automatically came with the cookie cold foam since I was not getting the original cookie butter cold brew. She replied well if you don’t want it I don’t have to put it. Obviously she didn’t understand my question. She was so quick to catch a attitude instead of listening to my question. When I pulled up to the window. She told me no since I did not get the original cookie butter cold brew it doesn’t come with the cookies. I asked her why not ? And if she could charge me extra to get the cookies. She replied there is no buttons to add cookies. I am so over these minimum wage workers catching attitude’s. They act like they are bothered by you asking such a simple question. Dunkin is not cheap and what happened to making the customer happy. She could have sprinkled a few cookies up there or charge me for 1 single munchkin and then added the cookies. These workers are so miserable and want to take their frustrations out on us. She was a black middle age woman with messed up teeth. She acted like she wanted to fight. I won’t be coming back to this location. The coffee was okay but good customer service shouldn’t be hard to give. 1 star ⭐️
