Went to have dinner with my kids tonight, we were one of two families in there. So it’s not like they were super busy. I ordered a Firehouse steak & cheese, when I got my food, my meat was cold. Super gross biting into not even warm meat. Super disappointed in my experience but the whole place is ran by young kids so it’s not surprising!

We have a strong affinity for Firehouse Subs – the perfect go-to on hectic days. While the majority of the employees are friendly, occasional order hiccups remind us of their humanity. Despite these instances, the store has consistently proven helpful and responsive in resolving any issues we've encountered.Parking: Parking can be a bit of a challenge during busy times.
I came in at 10:30 when they’re supposed to be opening and got yelled at that they’re not open. I come back and the lady just looks at me like I’m the issue.
I always believe that Fleming Island Firehouse was best out of Clay county and I was very disappointed yesterday, 11/01/2023. I enjoyed hear "Welcome to Firehouse" every time I enter but NO One greet the customer even we had an eye contact. When I picked the order, NO One say anything. They all looked very angry and stressed and not willing to work. I don't know if I want to go back.

Currently at the hospital near by and just wanted a good sandwich. My husband drove there and ordered a club on a sub. Get back to hospital they forgot bacon. There is only three meats. Turkey ham bacon. Sounds stupid to forget one.?
