Very disappointed, not worth 70$ for 2 adult meals and 2 kids meals with 2 side of cheese curds. Everything was burnt and cooked in old Grease. I asked for a refund for my cheese curds and was only refunded for one. At that point me and my family just threw everything away and left. I have ate at other Freddy’s and this location is not a good reflection for their brand.

Freddy’s is our family’s favorite place to eat! Everyone takes such great care of us, but Noah had gone above and beyond multiples times to make sure everything was perfect. Love seeing him there when we walk in!

Food tasted fine, and the atmosphere inside was more interesting than a typical fast food place. However, we waited until our meal was almost done before we received our milkshake ( this was at 3 in the afternoon). There was no ice in the soda machine, no salt, and I had to ask for the sauces I ordered. The staff was friendly, but not particularly helpful or knowledgeable about the menu. I know fast food restaurants don’t carry a lot of expectation, but with the current prices (almost 70$ for 6 people) it’s hard to not expect to ask for the basics.

Went thru drive thru ordered 2 combos and a kids cheeseburger plain. The gentleman was friendly and even gave my dog a pup cup. I received the 2 combos but not the burger than I realized I got charged 6.50 for a plain kids cheese burger I went inside they told me u can't buy just a kids burger by itself and I said if I'm paying for a full kids meal I'd like everything that goes with it. The manager Nathan was rude and snippy. He dropped fresh fries I told him that it was for our dog when the fries were done they were so salty i couldn't eat them let alone my dog. I think Nathan needs coached in not being a passive aggressive little snot and to try other to kill people's dogs. I will never go back to fredys again and i would suggest you not to stop there when he's working unless u want rude service and sub par food

At rush time you might be waiting in the drive through line for awhile but it's worth it.The burgers are really good. The shakes are super delicious and thick (chocolate is my favorite). The chili cheese fries are also awesome.And they are very good about customer service if your order is wrong or something similar. Cannot go wrong eating here.
