Love this place but they never answer their phones in the evening and if they do they let you know right away they close in 30 minutes. We dont want to hold anyone up we just like calling the order in then picking it up we live 7 minutes from there. Best sandwiches. In the evening when no one answers we call firehouse they answer.

I wasn't asked on my 2 chicken bacon subs if I wanted them Mike's way, or with or without any specific toppings. They wrapped them up and bagged them by the grill. I wanted banana peppers and pickles on 1 of them.

Tried to use a Boyscout fundraising coupon card that is specific for this location. The manager refuses to accept it even though it had instructions on how to use it.
Truthfully this place is hit or miss. I used to own a Jersey Mike's so I may be a little extra picky. This time all the tables were clean and had nice fall decorations on them. The deli counter was a little messy but I may have just caught them in between take out orders. The young man at the counter was very nice and respectful. There may be hope for this location yet.

Worse experience ever . I asked for mushrooms and asked for my Turkey to be warmed he said but can't crops contaminate. So I asked for the veggie mushroom and I pay for turkey at the end. He still couldn't do that . The cook at a very nasty spirit for no reason. Than I order rosemary parm bread. Didn't get that . Realized it after eating half of half of my giant sandwich. So they said they could only replace half. Well after her cool only half came back and ask if I would like him to take my other half. Lila how when I'm paying for it . I'll stick to firehouse subs. Great service great attitude and I can get what I want. Jersey Mikes you made my first experience absolutely horrible!! Never know you couldn't get what you were willing to pay for at a sub place !! Your service sucks !! You deserve no stars

It’s a good sandwich shop! Bread was a little hard making it tough to eat. However, it had delicious and fresh ingredients, and friendly staff. A must-visit for sandwich lovers. Highly recommended!
