45 minute wait inside for "hot and ready pizza." Tried to call from outside. No answer. People have zero integrity for what they do. When we said no thanks were not sitting here for 45 minutes he was relieved he didn't have to do more work. Horrible buissness ethic. Horrible pizza but when your little one and friends want pizza they don't care. Will never give my businesses and will use a competitor instead.

Orders take too long, I understand that there can be a long line but compared to others the wait is too long, a couple of times I have not received help from the clerk except after a while and I had a bad experience with someone who works there, it I called to ask him to do me a favor and he made some very ugly expressions on his face, nothing and for the people who deliver, I don't recommend them, it wastes a lot of time
Didn’t even acknowledge me. I get it they were busy but I wanted to order in store and they never spoke to me and another customer tried to ask about ordering and the employee mumbled and went back to what he was doing. I do have empathy because it is the last Saturday before christmas but I stood for 15 minutes without being acknowledged and in the end left without anything and wasted my time. Disappointed. They didn’t have anyone running the counter.

Always good " hot & ready"pizza. I always ask for a pizza with no large "bubbles" on it. Basic pepperoni pizza is only $7.50 approx.Parking: When customers at the window are asked to pull forward to wait, they don't pull forward enough for the car behind them to go around them safely. Ideal situation is to park to the right into a free parking space to wait. Wait time is usually short.

I used to look forward to getting the lunch combo, but it's gone downhill. It's barely ever square, barely any sauce. The last 2 I got one side had crust like a regular pizza pie. The thickness and crunch of the breading is not there. A real bummer!!

Terrible experience. Will never return to this location. Ordered food at the front, watched the cash register at the front cough in his hand, touch his hair multiple times, handle cash, then touch food without washing his hands. The other employees were handling the food as well without washing their hands after seeing them come in from outside, pulling their pants up and then making pizzas with 0 gloves in sight. Was so grossed out with the entire experience, we kindly asked for a refund. Will never ever return to this location. Gross.
