Our server Hailey Was very prompt and detailed in the menu and very attentive to our table! She is a very good server and I will ask for her each time we go back.
Went to dinner here and took over an hour and a half to order, eat and pay on a Tuesday night when the restaurant wasn’t abnormally busy. Ordered a burger medium well and my burger was completely burnt. Our poor waiter was so overwhelmed with his section.

It took an hour after cordering to get our food. We had to ask several times for service. The waiters and staff are friendly, but not in the ball. They dont pick up on details. Staff needs better training. The restaurant might also be suffering from kitchen staff shortages as well.
Michael Jacola is the manager of this site. Outstanding customer service, even on a very busy night. Validated our issue of an under cooked steak, corrected it to our satisfaction. Couldn't ask for more. All the staff are attentive, friendly and professional. This is a 5 star on my list. Thanks Michael!

We have tried longhorn at Southside , Fleming Island and St Augustine. We Always go back to Fleming Island. Not sure if they all use the same meat. But it's never as good as FI.

The Flo's Filet was to die for. I can also only recommend the fries and asparagus. The shrimp and chicken tenders were great. I only give 4 stars for the ambience because it was rather loud inside and the exit smelled like old socks.

I’ve eaten at this restaurant several times and always a great experience. But tonight was awful! The drinks had little to no ice, it took forever for our order to be taken. The waiters were anxious to take our food even when we were still eating it! After waiting a very long time for our entree it was cold when we finally got it. The manager only gave us his card! When our receipt was brought to us we had to wait an additional 15 minutes for it was picked up to pay for our meal!
Nice lunch. Good portions.
